Crimesha Dropping Weapon Charges

Is there any low this moron won't stoop to?

  • Weapons charges have been dropped against two men who were with the rapper Juice WRLD when he suffered a fatal overdose last year.

Juice WRLD’s bodyguard, Henry Dean, of Chatham, and a second man, Christopher Long of Buena Park, California, were each charged with misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed firearm at the airport after the rapper’s entourage was searched when authorities raided his private plane on Dec. 8, 2019, at Midway Airport and found a large amount of marijuana.

A spokesman for Chicago police at the time said both men had valid permits to carry a concealed firearm, but the permit did not allow them to carry guns at the airport.

All charges against Dean, 28, and Long, 36, were dropped by the Cook County state’s attorney’s office at a hearing Nov. 12.

These people weren't just transporting some personal use narcotics. If we recall, there was a sizable load of this poison. And it, along with the deceased, was in the vicinity of numerous weapons in what is supposed to be a tightly controlled area of property.

But that doesn't matter if you're a "star" to Crimesha. Remember where she was a few award seasons ago prior to releasing Juicy Smellit at the behest of a Hollywood connected Sparklefart lawyer.

This happened a week ago, and everyone is just finding out about it now.

The federal charge only hits if you are in a secured area (i.e. TSA) with the gun being carried concealed. Otherwise it's state law. There's no law against having them on a private plane- only common carrier. And in either case if they had a smart lawyer I'm sure they would argue that they had the guns unloaded and locked in a required container and only loaded\carried them once they had boarded the private plane not subject to federal law. At that point, if they are ordered into a secure area, they can't be subject to the willful provision.

==============

It is hard to know just what they were charged with, but if they had valid permits, Illinois law does not allow them to be charged with UUW for carrying in a prohibited area, only violations of the concealed carry act.

So if someone charged them with a UUW offense of carrying a concealed weapon, a dismissal of those charges was entirely appropriate.

Quick question if the Godless Democratic liberals can fail at trying to steal the vote on a Presidential election who is to say that Crimesha didn’t steal her election. O’Brien was leading until the night time hours. Does that sound familiar to as anyone.

Probably because it has been a practice of the federal government to charge this kind of stuff at the state level for many years. Same reason if you show up to passenger screening with a gun. You get charged under state law and not federal. The feds do no want to get involved in charging people for this kind of minor thing.

Only in Chicago CookCo, certainly a lazy and incompetent States Atty Office of all time.

Transportation of firearms over state lines and no federal investigation? CCSAO could easily have handed off the case at the get-go and might be likely the FBI DHS punted..first.

Hardly I’d ever heard of the FBI,TSA,DHS,CBP at O’Hare/MDW going commando with any federal charging for weapons. No difference being caught with 1000 worm eels, using fake id’s or toting a shitload of cash money...you’re still gonna get off the hook and released into local airports jail brief custody.

Way’they’ guns? Court order destroyed or returned?
O’Hare still got the uuw inventory and checked off with a misdemeanor c.b. number. That’s a win just in time for the year end stats, right?

I have heard from a W.C. charges have been dropped on some looters. And the gun charges on the rappers entourage that were dropped, I believe the Feds would have announced the charges by now.

And after the Trump campaign press conference today outlining the MASSIVE voter fraud using the Dominion voter software, what reason do we have to believe Crimesha won the election? If the O'Brien campaign has any money left perhaps they can have a data analyst examine the raw digital vote data for evidence of a "Kim Foxx Wins" algorithm in the vote tabulation. Switched votes, discarded O'Brien votes, and O'Brien votes given to Dennehy? Worth a look. She is certainly that unpopular.

So it is. The point is you're not going to have the benefit of a guy who's locked up with no bail and no effective legal representation who is going to take whatever deal is offered to him. They're not languishing in jail for minor crimes and they are going to have effective legal representation so there's no reason why they would plead when the case is going to get thrown out by the judge because the evidence just isn't sufficient.

Depending where you are in the Criminal justice process.

You need 'Beyond a reasonable doubt' to convict and send to prison.
You need 'Overwhelming evidence' to get the dogass Cook County States Attorney to approve the charges to get the case into a court to present the case.

Where the lazy POS will either reduce the charge or drop them altogether.
