Crimesha Drops More Charges
Jeremy Dewitte is such a habitual police impersonator, entire websites are dedicated to tracking his activities. He’s also a convicted sex offender, but that’s beside the point. YouTube is littered with videos of his escapades. Even Dr. Phil knows about him.
But he got a break in Chicago. Prosecutors here have dropped all counts against Dewitte who was facing assault, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and criminal damage to property charges in connection with a July 2019 incident in Lakeview.
He's also been impersonating police in Florida and attempted to disarm a deputy there. But Crimesha doesn't deem him worthy of imprisonment here in Chicago.

This dangerous nutter should be remanded as criminally insane. His ass should be locked up before someone ( very possibly him) gets killed.

If only he was actually a police officer. They would've hit him with every charge they could dream up and make sure he was prosecuted. But pretend police get a break, just like all the other criminals in cook county. If an actual cop threw chairs from a balcony, we'd see attempt murder and aggravated battery charges for each chair thrown. I've seen this guy in several videos, always instigating shit with the arresting officers and supervisors, and always pretending he has some authority due to his imagined status as an officer of some sort. I had no idea he liked to have sex with children. It definitely fits him though. Looks like he got some kind of plea deal on that one since it was just considered a battery for some unknown reason. He belongs in prison, like everyone else Crimesha has refused to prosecute.
Why ? What was their reasoning ? This is getting beyond ridiculous.

I clicked on that “Another great Crimesha Caper”, which leads to the story in CWB Chicago about the police impersonator. I am not adding to that story. I want to call your attention to the story on the lower left dated 29 Nov 20 regarding, “Man accused of shooting at cops acquitted of gun charge”. I am not familiar with this case. Since this is a public forum I don’t say too much but if you work north it would behoove you to acquaint yourself with him and his brother who lived together at the same location. You can see by the tats who he is affiliated with. Examine the rap sheets, arrest reports, case reports for your safety and I really mean that as someone who has dealt with them in the past. It’s disheartening to read he was acquitted again. There is no justice in Cook County. Be cautious and safe.
No offense to anyone there but why in this day and age go on camera and offer to do anything special because you think someone is an officer? I’m sure it didn’t help the SA’s already prejudiced view of us. Frankly I don’t know any officer who would throw a torrent of desk chairs because his car is towed and if one exists he/she is probably giving us all a bad name.
We have this for four more years. Don’t expect anything to change. Foxx got back in. No one can bring themselves to vote for anyone but democrats.

This DeWitt guy is certifiable, no doubt about that. But everyone take a deep breath...how many times have we all been in court and shit gets nolle'd, even in felony branch because the complainant didn't show. Could be the case here.
This was a huge screw-up on the part of the CPD Sgt. who told DeWitt that if he apologized to the tow driver he would let him go because he was a cop and didn't want to get him in trouble. When this Sgt. then decides that DeWitt will be arrested, the Sgt. tells him not to worry because they won’t notify his department of the arrest. After watching the BWC video I am not surprised that the case got tossed. Actually the P/O’s and the Sgt. are quite lucky that they were not required to testify to their actions under oath. That Sgt. and his inability to comprehend events as they unfold and then to make a decision and then stick to that decision may eventually cause a great deal of trouble for himself or unfortunately his subordinates and ultimately the taxpayers of Chicago.
