Dallas PD administrators are disavowing a memo released by "accident"
- The Dallas Police Department has learned that an internal memorandum was forwarded to staff members at the 911 Call Center regarding KPMG’s recommendations to divert certain Priority 4 calls to the Dallas Online Reporting System (DORS) or an Expediter. Although conversations have been held on this topic, the memorandum was sent prematurely. The department is still in the evaluation phase on this item and will have further dialogue on recommendations and next steps. Therefore, the actions set out in the memorandum have been rescinded at this time.

So basically it's not "defund the police", it's we're not going to make these "crimes" in our city. Yeah, They're forging those chains pretty hard in city hall, now who are the slaves that are going to wear them?
January 5th and 6th might be the most significant days of our lifetime. We will know our fate and I pray that God shines his light on the darkness plaguing this country. Georgia is still employing the Dominion Fraud Voting system and fake mail in voting system but hopefully they let observers come in and watch the validation system. If both senators or at least one wins the Senate is secure.
January 6th we will watch and pray that good overcomes evil. We pray for the proud patriots going to support our democracy and constitution against the forces of evil.
God willing, he will show the country was has been taking place right in front of our eyes. This is bigger than Trump, this is about our freedoms and how we and future generations will live.

The city has been doing this for years via the callback unit. Don't have the actual numbers but they do a mountain of reports there every year. All those used to be handled by units in the field or as desk walk ins.
The only reason there aren’t a thousand murders a year is because of modern medicine. There are routinely over 3,000 shot a year in this shit hole. Without U of C , Christ , Stroger, Mt Sinai , St Francis Evanston and whatever other level 1 trauma centers I forgot this place would have a thousand murders a year.
I think we can do better than 800 homicides in 2021. I say we can reach 1000 by the end of the year. I have 24 years on the job and thought about sticking around until I was 55 with 29 yoj, but that isn't going to happen. I have started looking for another job outside of the police profession. You see, I have plan B thanks to tuition reimbursement. I never thought I would have to use it, but it makes no sense to stay in this shit-hole profession. I am done with the anti-police movement and all of the political scum in this city. I am not alone and there will be mas retirements this year, so I Hope light head has a plan in place to protect the city.
If a crime is ignored then it is not reported, therefore it's like it never happened. The result of this procedure is the crime numbers will go down and Chicago will be deemed safe again! Just think, this could pertain to many crimes such as carjackings, murder, assault, domestic violence etc.

Zero chance police won’t also be on the calls. CFD can’t go on a person with a stubbed toe without demanding CPD be there with them. It’s gotten ridiculous the type of calls CFD refuses to go on without cpd. The exact same thing will happen with any other agency responding to calls for assistance. CPD will be sent in conjunction. If you are sent, do nothing. On CFD calls already I do nothing unless CFD asks me to do it such as assist with the mental person. It is their call. It is their job. You just stand there until requested. Protect your job first.

I am going to be that guy who says "be careful what you wish for." When they see that police officers have more "down time," they are going to reduce the workforce even more. You sound like the police officers who absolutely do not want to do anything for the whole day because you are too good to be bothered. Those kinds of jobs are a break for the police officers who are working and getting slammed with jobs. When they reduce the number of police officers even further, you will be forced to handle jobs--real jobs. I miss the burglary reports, for the reasons that I have stated. They gave me a chance to catch a break. Now, burglary reports are almost non-existent for the people on patrol.
So we are basically turning into Mad Max Bartertown! Why not have the gangs police their own blocks?

So true about insultants. I used to make a lovely income cleanung up after big 8. Before I retired a report of a missing child, just about any age up to 16, required holding one car down to search the neighborhood and with Mom contact friends. A total waste of time as the child usually showed up. We got strong flak for not doing this and the missing child was injured or dead. Tender age, 13 and younger always should get a strong response

If you want to stand up to the mob if they attack your cities get 5 people and form a turtle formation - one person in front, 2 to 4 on sides, one in back. Isolate the offender and surround them into the center of the turtle, apply strong zip ties to hands or ankles, take identifying documents or phones (inside pockets of book bags) and just leave them. Most of the Antifa group just leave their comrads behind and usually end up taking their stuff anyway.
It's rather easy and there is really not much fighting involved. We carried night sticks and make a few wild swings to let them know we mean business. The firework people we usually storm and they don't fare well.
If you stand up and let them know you mean business there are not too many takers. When we had these issues in the summer, there were just a few loud mouths that needed to be put down. If you want it done fairly quickly get the guy with the blow horn and just take him down. It's more for shock than anything but the kids start running rather quickly, rumors fly, and they just start retreating. Have a second group prepared for the retreat because they start throwing bottles and rocks ad breaking windows because the fun is over.

Custody disputes are to be referred to court period. You’re not supposed to enforce those, beyond asking, that’s the Cook County Sheriffs job. We shouldn’t be dealing with them anyways.
