Another Miracle
Calling a father of two with a long criminal background a “poster child for no bail,” a Cook County judge on Sunday remanded the man into custody on three separate felony cases all occurring within the last seven months.
Jermaine C. Morris, 34, of Chicago’s East Garfield Park neighborhood, faces felony charges connected to three separate cases, including separate counts of attempted first-degree murder for different shootings, according to authorities.
In the latest case, Morris allegedly got into a gunbattle with an off-duty Chicago police officer Friday after a minor car crash with his girlfriend’s car just after noon in an alley in the 1200 block of South Kedvale Avenue in the city’s Lawndale neighborhood.
The unidentified officer wasn’t hurt, but he managed to wound Morris in the left bicep after firing through his own windshield. Authorities recovered 14 fired 9 mm bullet casings at the scene.
Why was he on the street in the first place?
- Morris was out on a $3,000 bail for a Dec. 17 gun case and was barred from owning or possessing a firearm during the shooting involving the off-duty officer.

Hey, I'm just an average office worker. I can't come up with 3K. I guess I could make a 401k withdrawal. Not sure how I could do that from jail, plus it would take a few days. I read he has a private lawyer, I assume that takes a cash retainer. I've picked the wrong job, or just having a job is the wrong decision.

Judge Navarro is a complete hack that’s why. Remember being in traffic court and let 95% of the court call off the hook, even with officers who showed up. Branch 44-4 when he filled in for Mahoney he let thugs off the hook. No wonder these shit bags are on bond for murders, attempted murders. Surprised he does bond calls, screw this city and how they protect thugs. Not worth is to chase a guy with a gun anymore branch court will notify you for the wrong date and drop he case.

The 30% of the electorate that is black will normally support anyone black, except occasionally, when the black politician is awful. Politicians and their ilk support the genocide of black people; otherwise, they would be incarcerating blacks when they commit crimes instead of releasing them back to the street. I can't think of any other reason the jails remain empty. The law biding black folks in Chicago better wake up and start asking the politicos why criminals are not remaining behind bars where they commit crimes.

By Friday his public defender will ask for a hearing to request low or no bond and it will be approved once it’s out of the spotlight and there is no media in the courtroom. This is Cook County, we can’t expect an innocent until proven guilty black man and father of two to sit in jail while he is at risk of contracting covid and needs to be out hustling to make money to support his family.
Foxx, Evans, Dart, Groot, and JB expect and demand he be released immediately and given an apology for making him sit in jail for so long.
This is Cook County! Not some red state where first time murderers get executed and low level offenders get 5+ years in prison!

It is getting tiresome posting more and more evidence about election fraud. Patrick Bryne, the former CEO of Overstock, has been on this election fraud for months prior to the election and has been working independently on this issue and now he is part of the Trump team. He is releasing documentation using illegally shredded votes in Georgia that proved them came from an outside location in New York and filled out there and shipped to Pennsylvania and now he is releasing evidence that the Chinese government was also involved.
The worrisome thing is that the DOJ and FBI have been told not to investigate it and Trump had to go and find patriotic agents to continue the investigation. This should be alarming to all Americans and this information will be revealed to the American public live on television (if it is not censored by MSM) to the American public.

That's why Foxx refused to debate and was laughing half the time while she gave her victory speech. Rigged from the beginning. The Daley clan taught them well!
I'm still waiting for another Operation Greylord. Last time we got rid of 17 judges, and that was just for traffic court. If they did Operation Greylord for drug and gang related cases, we could probably get rid of more than 50 judges.
