According to the WHO, seasonal flu/influenza practically disappeared this year in the southern hemisphere.
“In tropical South America, there were no influenza detections…”
“Globally… influenza activity remained at lower levels than expected for this time of the year.”
Lower means flu practically didn’t show up this year like always before.
"...no influenza detections..." What a crock of shit. It's almost like some sinister force is reclassifying everything they run across as COVID - even falls and gunshots. The maps included are something else, too.
And just in time for Inauguration Day, a "new" strain "discovered" to extend the panics and lockdowns, as if viruses didn't mutate all the time.

There’s a really simple explanation. These are diff viruses with diff characteristics. Flu is something that is less contagious and almost always transmitted when the sick person presents symptoms. Covid passes before symptoms arrive (and it seems in cases where no symptoms ever show). Anybody coughing/sneezing feeling like shit is holing up...and that is why you aren’t seeing flu.
No flu? That actually makes sense. With all the measures taken (particularly no international travel) it makes sense that a new flu would not be going around.

Look at the CDC link that I have attached. In the US with a population of 330 million people you will have X amounts of deaths per year. Year to year the average should be roughly the same. The CAUSE of death is the number fudging area but the totals will tell if Covid 19 has actually added 400,000 to the total. I'm guessing it wont. I'm not sure if I should believe nurses or not because they seem to be getting more dramatic with their descriptions of the plague. This is way overblown. I had it back in September and I thought it was the flu and I felt drowsy for a few days and before I panicked it just faded away. We need to hear more from survivors instead of all the doom and gloom from MSM. Why don't we hear anything from normal healthy people who actually take care of themselves instead of these obese unhealthy individuals who don't represent the majority of Americans.
It is always a small minority of people who dictate everything in society. People are getting sick of it and the destruction of our economy for a manageable virus is not the answer.

My wife felt a cold coming on in early December. She tested positive for China virus and had quarantine for 10-days.
She had the typical chest cold symptoms of a low-grade fever for a day and an annoying cough for about a week and a half. She was a little run down for a week but that's quite normal for any cold virus in a 60 y/o in decent health. She's fine now.
I was obviously exposed but only had a bit of a stuffy nose and mild achy muscles for a day or two. I'm 62.
We are the typical under 70 y/o victim of the China virus with no other serious medical conditions.
BTW, our neighbor is a critical care RN at the local regional med center and they do have extra patients on the 'COVID' floor. She says all but one patient is under 75 y/o. Without violating HIPPA she said that one patient has a significant co-morbidity. A really big co-morbidity, like he could put a big hurt on the all you can eat buffets.

My family members in Wisconsin died in the 1918 epidemic. The 2nd year was worse then the first year and people got sick and died within one week.The virus was traced to infected animals in Kansas which infected the army post there and it spread around the world. Back then no ventilators, no anti biotics, very few treatment options. People were stacked next to each other in makeshift hospitals.
