Conflict of Interest?
So that copper from 011, who got run over by the naked bitch who stole his squad car, has been doing a bit of research on his own time as it becomes more and more obvious that the system is preparing to screw him over. What he has discovered so far....:
- Offender Whitley Temple has been granted bail, granted travel privileges and is running a tax preparation business out in Stickney;
- Her lawyer, Kulmeet Gulholtra, worked in the Public Defender's office from 1989 thru 2019 and left as the head of the Cook County Public Defenders Murder Task Force;
- The judge, who has been granting all of these motions to the defense, is Tyria B Walton, who COINCIDENTALLY also worked for the Public Defender's Office in.....the Murder Task Force office, from 1998 thru 2019.
Meaning there's a considerable professional overlap between the defense and the judge.
Of course, Crimesha, who is supposed to be protecting the Rights of crime victims, hasn't mentioned a word of this, nor have any of the ASA's prosecuting Temple.
Can you imagine the outrage if someone from Law Enforcement was the judge and was granting every single prosecution motion?

People, cops, and so forth are either dumb, stupid or oblivious to the system we have in place. The gangs in the 90's got smart and have been investing money in the courts by providing free education to several untouched members with brains. For example, growing up in the Back of the Yards there was this little thing who was a diamond she was one of the prettiest gals in the neighborhood to whom I had a crush. She was a Lady Saint and that's all I knew of her. I personally stayed away from the gangs and became a cop. So forward 15 years I had court on Kedzie and Fillmore and who do I see, that pretty little thing representing two Latin Saints POS. I learned that they had paid for her education in return to save money on attorney fees down the road and looks like it was working, I must say she was a good attorney. Maybe this is how this judge got placed there by the GD's and the goal is to help her people. Just like the American mafia, they got smart and go into politics to really hide their dirty work and to have real power.

I remember a time when judges recused themselves on a regular basis so as not to show any conflict or preferential treatment.
I know the ARDC could care less but there has to be a governing agency that overlooks this type of conduct.
I said it last week and I'll say it again, the PO should get ready to sue this broad. Now we discover she has an income stream.

This is exactly what’s wrong with Chicago. Hopefully some serious lawyers will go to work for this cop, investigate the hell out of the case and sue the hell out of them.

I’m interested in the partner of the offender that would be the accountant/brains of the tax prep business. That rabbit hole needs to be explored.

And while Judges are not allowed to practice law while they're a Judge, they ARE lawyers, and subject to those Canons of Ethics, so file a complaint with the ARDC against the Judge and the opposing attorney because they've all worked together in the same offices for years....

Guys like Judges Linn and Ford are being replaced by shit like this! Sad state of affairs at 26th street.
Ed might be a little goofy but he’s a good guy and a good copper. It’s terrible what Cook County is doing to him. Let this be an unfortunate lesson to newer or unwise coppers. The current State’s Attorney isn’t your friend.
It will be absolutely no surprise when she walks. I’d be less surprised if I woke up with my head sewn in to the carpet than her doing any actual time.

Disgusting. But the state won’t do anything, and there is nothing you can do. Most of the Judges come from either PD office or ASA Office, I see it almost everyday the favoritism. The State had the chance to SOJ the case. That’s what he needs to ask the State, can we still SOJ it. Meaning, request another judge. If you don’t like the asa answer, Go see their wing boss, And ask.
But because they worked with each other and or even supervised each other, isn’t enough to warrant an official action. It’s embarrassing.
The Attorney General Kwami Ryoal won't do anything either because Precwinkle owns him too.

Linn & ford were scumbags!There were some decent judges in that building but not those two
It's all legit
30 years in the Public Defenders office. That shark has got to have a 6 figure pension and ought to living down.in Florida.
Where is the F.O.P. Lawyer to represent his client's best interest?
