Illegal immigrant, murdered his girlfriend in Springfield shortly after posing for this picture with Dick "turban" Durbin.
Seems this wasn't his first offense:
Officials are searching for an illegal migrant suspected of murdering his social justice activist girlfriend in Illinois – less than two years after immigration officials released him after he pleaded guilty to kidnapping an ex-girlfriend.
Gabriel Calixto Pichardo, 25, is accused of fatally stabbing Emma Shafer, 24, in her Springfield home in July. He is wanted on three first-degree murder charges and one aggravated domestic battery charge.
Federal agents are working alongside the Springfield, Ill., Police Department to track down Calixto Picardo. A spokesperson for the U.S. Marshals Service told Just the News on Monday that the agency does not have any confirmation as to whether Pichardo is or is not currently in the United States.
Kidnapping is still a Forcible Felony, right? This guy was ::surprise!:: a DACA holdover and upon his felony conviction for Kidnapping, ineligible to stay in the USA. For some reason, he was allowed to plead to a lesser felony, served a few years, applied for asylum due to mental illness and in 2021, released by INS to make the acquaintance of a US Senator and his future murder victim.
This system appears broken.

Was told it was not just a "stabbing". It was a savage attack with many grievous wounds that left her with absolutely no chance of survival. The offender is deserving of equal treatment, but stretched out over a longer period of time. It is not really going to happen, but a girl can dream.

From whatever foreign nation, the blantantly criminal in nature find our Constitutional Republic to be most the deliciously delightful opportunity to do what they damn well please.
Perhaps the best, yet not last, hope lies within our homegrown criminally inclined, as competition is never limited to the honest.
Now, if only these trepasser criminals would be prolific enough in their criminal activities to attract the attention of our homegrown shitheads, much mirth would be forthcoming......

Government, being, again, just people, is a small quantity of people, compared to the much larger quantity of population.
