That copper that got run over in 011 a number of months back, he's been going to court attempting to get the offender to serve some actual jail time, and it's looking like Crimesha is ready to drop the ball once again:
- So not only did temples fitness for trial ruling get delayed, I guess hartgrove did not turn over to cook county forensic psychiatrist her medical records . Judge tyria b Walton allowed temple to go to Wisconsin dells for her daughters birthday..states attorney did not object at all . So they are preparing the stage for her to walk
So this offender was allowed bail, was allowed out-of-state travel, and is getting delay after delay granted. It's probably never been easier to be a criminal and have zero accountability for your actions than it is under Crimesha.

So typical of the current Cabrini Green burned and raised states attorney. Why is it even questioned? The stupid democrat that voted her into office are getting what they deserve. The ones who didn’t, must just suck it up. Nothing this criminal friendly state attorney should surprise her decisions.
Same bosses do the same shit. Look at KC. She is the new Lt. over at forensics. She has never had a bad day on this job. She has never worked the streets. Her and her sister and brother in law all Lts, all in units. Never worked a beat car or were street sgts or wols. That’s what is wrong with this department. They are hooked up and get to go to all the spots were they don’t have to make any difficult decisions. A bunch of entitled cry babies.

The real question is why the hell does forensics need 3 lieutenants? That place ran with one lieutenant for years!

And now is the time for the officer and his FOP rep to file ethics complaints against the State Atty - he’s a victim he has rights under Illinois law. And then file a Judicial Inquiry Board(JIB) complaint against said Cook County Judge!!

I don't believe that one for a minute, at least not in this life. Look at the politicians, the fake reverend race-baiters, the crooks just get richer. Look at the crap that runs the department and has and continues to make it worse. They do just fine even though they are incompetent merit hacks. Big fat pensions waiting, no karma there. Once in awhile karma happens to bad people but not the norm. I sure hope they trip and fall but don't hold your breath.
And in today's upside down world the criminals are the victims, the cops and the real victims don't matter at all and the protected classes continue to grow. Make sure you use proper pronouns. A new poll conducted for Newsweek found that "44% of those aged 25-34 think 'referring to someone by the wrong gender pronoun (he/him, she/her) should be a criminal offense. The useless mayor BJ would likely be all for that. It will only get worse.

No chance they have insurance in 011. But the officer does. If he has uninsured driver coverage, someone tell him to file a claim with his own insurance. I was hit a ways back and paid out by State Farm for the max amount in no time. My only regret was having a lawyer involved in the claim. It was simple enough I should have done it myself, and not paid out a stupid percentage to a law firm. Took them probably two hours of work for a claim that was immediately approved (given I did have significant injuries, which simplified things).
