Got Your Booster? (UPDATE)
Hey, remember that thing a few years back...that manipulated and manufactured version of the common cold? And remember all the hype about a "vaccine" that would cure everyone, prevent transmission and enrich pharmaceutical companies to heights beyond Buffet, Bezos and Gates?
They had to cajole, bully, threaten and lie to get around 67% of the US population to take a "vaccine" which turned out not to cure anyone, failed to prevent transmission, but did make all sorts of connected people rich.
After the scare tactics wore off, the powers-that-be came up with a "booster" that everyone had to take so that the new and improved variant - which followed the course of every single virus in human history becoming MORE transmissible and LESS deadly - could be stopped. If you didn't get the "booster" you were killing grandma, were promoting "conspiracy" theories, and were probably racist, too.
Unfortunately for the greedy corporations, data started to leak out along with startling rises in unexplained and statistically excessive deaths. There were still the mask Karens, bug chasers, and hypochondriacs screaming about the "dangers" of Covid, but the data didn't bear any of it out.
Less than 17% of people got the "bivalent booster." And hospitalization/death rates from Covid continued to plummet while heart issues and strokes grew at alarming numbers. No one is looking at that though.
Now, as winter rolls around and ::gasp:: people start getting colds again, ANOTHER booster has been released by the drug companies, supported by the CDC and everyone MUST get it as soon as possible to prevent bodies from stacking up in the streets. limiting the ability for the "elites" to get around in their gas powered limousines.
A full month into this latest "booster," the compliance rate sits at.....2%. The death and hospitalization rates from Covid continue to fall while surges in heart attacks, strokes and suicides continue to be ignored.
Trust in the medical community "experts" has been utterly destroyed. Which makes this even more nonsensical:
An Illinois state appeals court has ruled that Illinoisans can be fired from their jobs for refusing to get a Covid vaccine, because a state right of conscience law that otherwise protects people for refusing to participate in morally objectionable medical procedures doesn’t apply to anything related to Covid after Illinois Democrats specifically rewrote the law to ensure its protections didn’t apply to Covid vaccine mandates.
On Oct. 12, a three-justice panel of the Illinois First District Appellate Court backed hospital company Advocate Health, saying the hospital and medical clinic system can’t be sued by a nurse who was fired after she asserted her religious beliefs did not allow her to comply with the company’s mandate requiring workers to receive the vaccine as a condition of continued employment.
How many coppers are before the Police Board for daring to exercise their Rights over their own bodies?

Told the spoke on the wheel I do not discuss my medical history with anyone other than my doctor. Something tells me those religious exemptions will be "re-evaluated" soon. Then terminations to follow for the few who haven't succumbed to the pressure.

The only booster I take regularly is a monthly syringe-full of beef gravy.
It’s the ideal supplement ever since Boston Market went all “single ladle” policy on me.
Mom never limits my gravy intake on Meatloaf Night as long as I keep the fish tank in my basement bedroom clean.
I was stupid enough to get the shot in March 2021. I was lucky I had no side effects. By July 2021 I knew the vaccine didn't work, and when people asked me about the booster? "I am fully vaccinated."
But the good part was it got me more access to my Mom's Memory Care facility, and was able to make her last two years the best we could. She really declined badly when we were not allowed to even visit her from March 2020 to September 2020. She lost 40 pounds and her ability to walk any distance beyond 100 yards.
The nurses and staff try their best, but senile old people are not always pleasant. I made sure she was clean and neat, with clean dentures, hands and face, clean clothes and socks. We made sure she ate enough snacks and food to try to maintain her weight. We talked to her about her family and friends, wrote letters and made phone calls for her so she could talk to her friends and family.
I was skeptical about doctors and pharmaceuticals before 2020. Now I don't trust them at all. I still see my doctorS (plural), but I double check EVERYTHING.
Trust the SCIENCE they say.
And the source of the science is, why, people!

Retired guy with a comment. Mrs and I both are purebloods, no Covid vaccine poison flowing around inside of us. We are a rare entity among the social groups we associate with. Both of us probably had Covid as we both had horrible chest colds several months before the Covid "pandemic" began. Both of us thought the same thing, this cold I've got is terrible but it went away after about 3 weeks. Urged by our doctors, relatives and friends to get the shot but we didn't. Our position actually damaged our relationships with a couple of relatives who had some very harsh words for us but we didn't budge. A drug too quickly developed, little testing, unknown side effects was enough. We are fortunate to no longer live in Chicago, a small town, rural and pretty much a nice place to live. There were actually 2 adult beverage locations that were open with, local officials permission, and they were always crowded. No masks, no social distancing just people gathering, talking, socializing. We survived. Lucky? Maybe but 3 of our close friends have had heart problems, 1 died in his sleep from unknown cause and a couple of more have had Covid 2 or 3 times. All of them were vaccinated and boosted. Unusual? Coincidence? Those of you who were forced at the prospect of being terminated I feel for you and the tyrants who imposed these edicts are detestable.

I used to work for the cook county department of corrections.When they forced us to get the vax it gave me a bunch of medical problems. I still "caught covid",I never tested positive once, and had to quarantine at the trailer park. Also gave me heart problems,died a couple times, diabetes,gout,cancer,heatstroke 6 times, parkinsons, i mean i could be here all day listing the medical problems i never had but told everyone I did. Anyway I see a cloud outside I better call off. Cheers!

I still periodically watch the videos of Fauci Biden CDC FDA Pritzker Lightfoot big pharma the media, hell nearly every Democrat politician, lying about all the magical stuff this vaccine was supposed to do. Because of Fauci, Biden and the CDC director, mandates were created because they said “you can’t get covid and you can’t spread it.” Our whole family just had Covid again and just like the other times it presented as a cold. They only report positive news for the democrat narrative. 2. The media and the democrats get millions of advertising dollars from big pharma. If I'm understanding this correctly, this ruling affects those employees who made a statement that the vaccine violated their conscience and sought exemption under the Illinois Healthcare Right of Conscience Act. It should not affect those that sought religious exemptions permitted under (federal) Title VII. Caveat: The city will do whatever it wants and the Northern District of Illinois will allow it.

I caved in and listened to my doctor so I got the Pfizer vaccine at the police academy when they offered it. I didn’t have any noticeable side effects at that time. I also got the Pfizer booster shot about 8 months later and the problems started immediately. I broke out in hives for a couple of hours and had a bad skin rash that broke out within 24 hours of getting that experimental jab. I also had chest pain and migraine headaches off and on which seemed like it came from an irregular heartbeat which I never had before. The same doctor shrugged his shoulders and said it was stress. I worked out religiously after that and ate foods that detox. I feel duped and never should have been jabbed with what feels like a ticking toxic time-bomb. So many people at that time jeered “what…cops are afraid of a little needle”?
So many people have heart problems today due to this bullshit so many people, especially young athletes have died due to this so-called vaccine. Untested forced on people you have to know there’s no way all of these elected Democrats got that shot on television nope what do you think was in there needles saline solution maybe nothing maybe a disappearing needle, that when it back inside of the syringe smoke and mirrors. Went in for routine dr. visit. He asks if I wanted a booster jab today. I told him no. He asked why, I told him the Bi-dumb administration/Fauci lied, and the medical community furthered the lie. He smiled, and we moved on as to what brings me in today.

Was at a surgicenter 2 weeks ago for a routine procedure & at my regular Dr. last week for a yearly physical.
Neither asked vaccination status & my Dr's nurse only asked if I wanted the flu shot which I declined.
