The chalk outline that inspired hats, t-shirts, a Kass column and an entire anti-2016 Olympic movement. Fun times indeed.
We were thinking there ought to be a new set of images for the DNC. Something to inspire, to really capture the spirit of the potential disaster headed this way in August. Chalkie's Olympic Torch needs to be re-imagined.
Chalkie might need a Conehead hair-do or a bottle of anti-anxiety meds or a Venezuelan flag.
If you send it and we post it though, expect some enterprising individuals to put it on t-shits, caps, and posters. We don't pretend to know copyright law and unless you've registered your design, you'd probably be out of luck. We will be more than happy to attribute any contributions to the artist, but anything using the Chalkie logo itself....well....
We never claimed copyright over Chalkie - we intended it to be a sarcastic jab at Shortshanks and put it out there for anyone to use, and some people did. We don't begrudge them that. We weren't in a position to run a website for financial gain and still aren't interested in having to worry about sales, mailings, banking regulations and tax filings. We'll link to it if someone does come up with something for sale, and perhaps they could toss a few bucks at the Chaplains as we always request, but again, that's of their own volition.

A chalkie action figure is the obvious choice. Souvenirs will be a hit with the visiting politician and protester. Chalkie can strike any pose you desire and scenery options are endless.

I gave an old one to my nephew who wears it quite a bit. He says he gets numerous complaints from older coppers and retirees who remember Chalkie. He’s often asked where he acquired it then proceeds to let them know. I’d love to have Chalkie DNC 2024 shirt and I’m sure my nephew would too.

The original owner and designer of chalkie who sold the T shirts was contacted by th Olympic committee and told to cease and desist or they would be sued for copyright. Infringement as chalkie was holding the Olympic torch, Sadly they complied.
All the proceeds were donated from the sales. They also came up with the DGS report that was continuously used to notify area of persons shot. Remeber having to sent out a post shooting report to the area and everyone else. One day they were asking on the phone for the DGS REPORT. Was funny when they asked what DGS stood for. We laughed as it meant “Dude Got Shot”. Same person who made chalkie did that. Looked official and was sent all over for about a year or two

I don't know about NYFC or Chiraq, but in the civilized Red Counties of America, that would be considered an attack with the probability of death or great bodily injury. That means the victims or even bystanders can use all force including lethal force to stop the attacks.

They do seem to kill their women more frequently, there was another one in Tinley who killed his high school aged daughter last year, but this guys motive might be more universal and less to do with being a Muslim:

People ruin many things, especially coppers that go on the medical for nonsense, we all know people who use the medical abuse it go on vacation how many people abuse it then you wonder why or maybe you question why so many coppers 150 or more have come back from other police agencies back to CPD because the other agencies don’t allow all the nonsense stuff you can get away with here. They actually have accountability and you get a maximum of 10 sick days and you have to be really sick. He happy with what you have keep ruining it. Keep doing what you’re doing and you will see the sick time go away it always happens. Just takes a couple idiots to ruin everything.
