Finally

About time:

  • Dozens of Chicago students gathered outside the Board of Education president’s house in the summer of 2020 calling on the school board to end its contract with the Chicago Police Department that day. In a close and controversial vote, the board opted to keep police in schools.

Four years later, some of those same kids have since graduated from Chicago Public Schools but were back at the district’s downtown headquarters celebrating what they viewed as a mission accomplished.

And they were there because after "graduating" CPS, they couldn't find actual colleges to accept their diplomas or test scores, nor actual employers to hire them.

It's too bad CPS will never admit to crimes going up in many of these schools, because they will lie and conceal actual criminal acts from ever becoming public knowledge. And when parents eventually find out and call for something be done, CPS will undoubtedly demand additional tax dollars for unarmed non-police "security" from some connected contractors.

It's a money game.

If the "kids" don't want to learn and the crackhead "parents" don't want to make them then so be it. Just lock them in the building and let them tear each other apart all day.

Lawyers say allegations of sex abuse or assault against Chicago Public Schools staff are up 12%

https://abc7chicago.com/chicago-public-schools-grooming-child-sex-assault-abuse/14462021/

The Sexual Allegations Unit said 308 new cases have been opened.

"Beyond the volume of complaints we have also seen more serious allegations," said Amber Nesbitt, CPS deputy inspector general. "So just in 2024, actually as of this morning, we are at 21 staff members have been pulled or blocked compared to nine last year."

"That tells me we are moving in the right direction, that people...

Of course they will, just think DIE (Diversity, Inclusion, Equity).

Hey watch any video where they ask college students basic questions and you'll see some of the dumbest young people alive, but somehow they got into university. Kennesaw State University has some real brains. So yes these CPS students may be dumb but that won't keep them from being enrolled. Likely the folks that gathered to pat themselves on the back are thugs and slugs. Higher education and a real job are not at the top of the list for these types.

Does anyone know if the Police Social Security act has a chance of passing?

The senate is tied with co-sponsors now (National FOP update as of today) :

Below is an example of why CPS, CTU and the City of Chicago should not be running the public schools. They should be put into some kind of a receivership or a consent decree. Haven't there been numerous cases like this one. The other teachers have to know from the gossip from the students? Can you imagine what BLM Brandon has seen or heard while at CPS. And getting rid of the police is another moronic decision.

The violence & harassment will grow exponentially especially
when the illegal alien gang members start recruiting new members from the schools. And why in hell are students allowed input to tell CPS on what they think about the police. They are children who are there to learn and not influence policy decisions.

The Chicago Contrarian has an interesting take on removing police (SROs) from CPS schools:

"Since the Chicago Board of Education voted CPD SROs out of schools, the decision should also put an end to the non-stop "special attention" requests from school administrators demanding CPD turn out to keep order at the end of the school day and at CPS extra-curricular events."

https://twitter.com/ChicagoContrar1/status/1761188818714001587?t=zrHyjSQueQxQGB-wuI_0pQ&

But, we all know this isn't going to happen, especially as principals need the police to get their security guards to stop trying to hump students. At Thursday's Board meeting, both CPS' Camie Pratt (Chief Title IX Officer) and the CPS OIG Svelyn William Fletcher sadly announced sexual allegations v. CPS security guards are up +62%. This in addition to sexual allegations v. Teachers (+28), Special Education Classroom Assistants (SECA. +29%), and Substitute Teachers (+31) being up as well.

Go to 4:56:25 of this link to watch Pratt and Fletcher or his assistant speak on the rising number of sexual allegations by students and staff throughout CPS:

https://www.youtube.com/live/m3EO7v0Yj6A?si=nrS8Oi0riamB2goZ

Even former CPS board member Dwayne Truss wanted the Board to cintune to allow some schools to continue deciding on their own if they wanted to keep police in schools or not. Truss opened up by sarcastically addressing "President Stacy Davis Gates" as he knows she's actually the one calling the shots now not Board president Jianan Shi or Mayor Panic Attacks.  Truss got so out-of-control the Board sheepishly ran for the hills and called for a 20 minute TO. Watch Truss go off here:

https://youtu.be/-inyocDYLMA?si=NcVUdG_uEwpr3uGk

Note: Up until the other day, the decision to vote police in or out of schools has fallen on the hands of each school's Local School Council's. The LSC's are so uneducated and disorganized for the most part that only 30% of them did principal evaluations in 2023. Yet, the LSCs rubber stamp votes to approve millions upon millions a year in each school's budget transfers and internal accounts.

Keep your eye out for a major investigative report by the CPS OIG on LSC members approving vendor contracts for their relatives that own the businesses and provide goods and services at the following CPS schools: Mary Lyòn, Belmont-Cragin, and Steinmetz College Prep.

This is a win for CPD. The student mayhem, unreported sexual assaults perpetrated by CPS employees, administratively handled criminal activity, violent crime in and on school grounds are now ALL added to the continued failures of Chicago Public School’s administration and Chicago Teacher Union’s leadership. Hopefully, finger pointing will not be at CPD, but the Chicago media will try to find a way. I feel sorry for the good students and good parents that are stuck in this subpar and unsafe education system.

Many of the local school councils, that are supposed to be the parents' voices, want to keep the cops. But, they're overruled by CTU and Brandon. Personally, I don't think CPS will call for outsourced security. I think they'll want their own in-house security. SEIU has almost as much control over Brandon as CTU does. That's why they're dumping Aramark too. To pump up SEIU dues paying membership.

When something happens in or around a school, which it will, you can blame no one but the CTU. Since Karen Lewis took over probably 10-12 years ago they have been positioning for this day. Along with the CTU the upper echelon at CPS is totally left wing. The mentality is that security in schools is a pipe line to prison situation. What they don’t realize is the pipe line to prison comes from the home and the lack of accountability the students are held to from an early age.

The Board of Education is reaping what it sowed. The white population has fled except in a few location on the southwest and northwest sides. The black and brown parents with any sense have pulled their children and the charter population is booming. This is driving Mayor Conehead Stacy Gates crazy. They are now after the charters to reign in dissent.

After finally getting SROs removed are part time p.o.’s working in school next? CTU obviously doesn’t care what works or is in the best interest of the students.

Conservating those inner energies for that burst of focussed potency required to accomplish the impossible, aka, getting these fuckers to chill the fuck out for just one whole school day, whilst the members of the ctu cower in their safe places.

Here in Palos Heights, they have two sheriffs at the front desk. What no liberal wants to talk about is the fact the young black male is responsible for an outsized share of crime, violent and non violent, whether it is in the schools or on the streets of the city. So there are more of these males who have police contact. What did the liberals expect? Take all of the cops out. No security guards and lets see what happens. If you are working days and you get panic calls from the schools, take your time. Let these miscreants tire themselves out and let a few administrators get punched in the face. It will make good reading. When conehead and the CTU get done rearranging the education process in Illinois nothing will be left of it. Anyone who has taught at the college level ( I have) and has run across graduates of Chicago Public schools can tell many tales of their lack of education and skills. I imagine employers are saying the same, but they are stuck with this BS DEI and have to hire the folks( and peoples).

Who's going to stop all-out brawls at CPS basketball games, especially this one after the Kenwood/Whitney Young GIRLS game last week?

Some spectator, possibly a parent or family membe. attacked a player after the game and the spectator then proceeded to get their ass handed to them.

https://twitter.com/TrustTrost/status/1760703341397430460?t=PhfPj6f_PnkC8VD7mqWTOw&s=19

It was a busy week for Kenwood as they had a number of Boys Basketball players suspended (& 2 coaches) and facing expulsion from school for living in the suburbs and attending Kenwood. Residency violations are something the CPS OIG looks the other way on teachers and staffers, mostly as student residency violations bring in money to ÇPS. Kenwood HS has 90% low income students so CPS will not get any back tuition from the student residency violators' parents or aunties.
