So how do we know who is eligible to take Part II?
Might the Department be hiding the results because the pass/fail score is going to be ridiculously low?

We still have not received our test results.
Part two of the exam takes place on June 9th.
Sometimes you just can’t fix stupid, no matter how hard you try, unless you factor in “The Chicago Way”.
The minimum passing score will be whatever pin cushion of a complete merit exempt scored. Then they ask why Chicago can't reduce violent crime. Because you promote imbeciles, through DEI and other patronage methods. There are so many we would need another thread. Devries, lamb, pendarvis, Talley, ward, and the rest of the cheaters. So many..... but Lamb has the distinction of being able to fit the cock and the balls in his mouth when he teabags higher ranking bosses. It's not the scores that's holding everything up. They're trying to figure out which requirements of the job don't apply to Kidney Bean Jr. Maybe they'll decide he doesn't have to attend sergeant training, since the academy was so difficult for him the first time around. He's such a great guy and hardworking officer on midnights in 006, so he shouldn't be required to do what everyone else has to do.

Part 2 to be extended till after DNC.
The sorting/filtering processes take much time.
Then, the seeking of consensous amongst the competing clout factions takes time.
Then, the selectings of delusionally plausible explanations that the preceedings did not occur, takes time.
Then, the blendings of the above, to be applied to the results of the part 2, takes time.
Not to mention, though we now so do, the practically impossible task to a complish of not being ass reamed here, for all of the above, plus.

E-learning you must get 70% to pass but a promotional exam 38%. WTF? This Dept is a total embarrassment. Perhaps put the Sgt test on e-learning, this way everyone gets to cheat fairly.

Why was Part 2 even scheduled so soon after Part 1???? When historically they take 6 months to grade exams.

I bet the department is just figuring out a weekend where there’s not and event and drops are not cancelled Just throw this test out like the last one and do another test at the end of the year 😉
Look at all the supervisors who make merit? What do they mostly all share in common? INCOMPETENCE . They all walk around like they are so smart, yet could never earn it by score.

The exam is happening, better start studying chump. Don't know what test was thrown out that you are referring to, but it hasn't happened in the past 20 years at least. Wishing something into existence isn't a viable strategy.

Haha 90% of those crying couldn't even plan accordingly to make it to the test on time.
So 70%, 50% or 38%, wont matter because 90% of those that took the test failed couldn't even plan for an unexpected occurrence getting to the test.
WE ARE screwed eitherway. I can to be retired and read about how screwed up this department is in 5 years with all the law suits and inside foolery... its gonna make the 90s and 00s depart look like saints.
At least those eras had the publics respect where they didn't attack police or circle police to the point where police retreated. POs 10, 14, 15, 11, 18, etc were feared by bad guys.
Why would anyone want to be boss and sell you soul to "plans" that aren't working and haven't worked for several years now.
