There really ought to be a mechanism in place to reduce or eliminate police service in these wards that are populated by morons who elect idiots who (A) insist crime is down, (B) demand defunding of police services while (C) demanding more police because (A) isn't true at all.

So basically they watch and listen to complaints for $100k a year????? With a pension that starts around $80k a year or higher to … Monitor??!! The Alderman had to send him out there. He believes he can bring discredit to the city with nothing happening. If we did that we would be fired. That is passed the point of protesting and brings discredit and prevents the city from achieving its goals.

Heath worked in the CPS Local School Council Relations Office as a School Facilitator (insider job if there's ever been one). Villegas' current $110K Chief of Staff is Vanessa Valentin. Valentin is also a community rep on the Steinmetz LSC. Her and father Jose Quiles were under investigation by the city and CPS for vendor fraud there. Both were on the Steinmetz LSC when vendor contracts were àpproved for their family members' business (Santana Print aka Santana & Daughter) as they were getting Steinmetz vendor contracts for tshirts, gym uniforms, and school uniforms.

A few years ago BLM was marching around in the streets chanting the same thing. Do you know how many CPS teachers, CPD officers and other city employees belong to and support that organization. That's why nothing is gonna happen to him unless he was on the clock. That's why nothing will happen to the officers that use to support other groups. Rules are rules and everyone has to be disciplined the same. Half of the CPD brass would be gone if no one was allowed to join a hate group.

Ward superintendent used to be called alley inspector in the old days. They make sure the garbage gets picked up and that their chinaman gets the votes.

Anyone else shall call in to this idiot directly and she can attend the scene and assess. If she can’t resolve whatever ghetto nonsense is occurring, she can call in the violence interrupters. If they can’t resolve said nonsense she can, as a finally step, call and explain the steps she’s taken already, why it’s not working, and why she needs police to attend. Also, only have officers who are the same ethnicity as the complainant respond/investigate. If the complainant goes offside, the police will leave immediately.

Speaking as a retired Commissioned Peace Officer [28 years] from a state well to the west of you, I have a suggestion. Noting that individual circumstances may not make it possible; Chicago cops should urgently consider moving to another jurisdiction in Illinois or to another state. If you know someone considering applying to CPD, convince them otherwise. If the locals do not want police protection, do not force it on them.
