Another Crimesha Special

This time, costing a cop his life:

  • A 37-year-old Chicago man has been charged in the Friday morning shooting death of Oak Park Police Detective Allan Reddins, officials said on Saturday.

Oak Park police said Jerell Thomas has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder of a peace officer, possession of a stolen firearm and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon in connection with the shooting.

Police said investigators consider Thomas a "habitual criminal" with a previous history of multiple arrests for aggravated battery to a police officer, domestic battery, battery and resisting a police officer.

Had this piece of shit been properly convicted and properly sentenced for any of his previous crimes by the piece of shit States Attorney, he wouldn't have been on the street with a stolen gun murdering a Police Officer.

One day i the not-to-distant future, we hope Crimesha is standing at the bottom of a very large mountain as a Barq's root beer truck crosses the summit and a large snowstorm rolls in, coating the unsalted road with ice. It would be epic.

Sick of our brave heroes getting slaughtered because of dumb lib policies. Sick of entitlement and super sick of free range criminals without any stopage. Don't know if he was a good LEO or not. He was a LEO, which means missing out on a lot and taking abuses working to protect us. Now, more weeping friends and family. Sending prayers.

Do you think she cares?
To her, this is “mission accomplished!”
Aaaannndddd she’s gone.
Dumb, bought and paid for bitch left with her head held high. She’s enjoying the Soros money too! At least she didn’t have to suck a dick for it like she did in Cabrini Green.

Does anyone really think Burke will do anything different or proactive? This is Chicago, Cook County, IL, where people believe and love their beautiful lies.

It doesn’t matter who the states attorney is. We live under the rule of the safety act. We live and work in a demented, forever doomed state and city.

The Berwyn Police Department extends our most heartfelt condolences to the loved ones of Oak Park Police Department Detective Allan Reddins. We are saddened by this tragic loss and share the sorrow felt by the entire Oak Park Police Department and community. Yesterday, Berwyn Police officers lended assistance with responding to calls in Oak Park while the Oak Park Police Department began to process the loss of their brother in blue.
Policing carries with it the burden that at any moment an officer may sacrifice their own life to save another. The people who are called to this job knowingly accept these risks everyday, choosing to walk into danger to protect others. Detective Reddins paid the ultimate sacrifice; one that we must always respect and never forget.
Sincerely,
Michael D. Cimaglia
Police Chief
Berwyn Police Department

Hope that Burke will change the policies in the office to remove concurrent sentencing. Return to consecutive sentencing to keep these mutts behind bars where they belong. A slap on the wrist replaced by consecutive time in the joint.

I don't wish harm on many people but I would admit to a snicker on learning that one of these "let-em-go" types had a painful encounter with one of the criminals they inflict on the rest of us.

Can someone answer a question of if he was charged with a separate crime for every bullet that was fired from his gun? i kind of remember a member of the CPD that was charged with a separate count for every bullet fired. Shouldn't the now be the norm for such crimes
