Win Some, Lose Some
Should have been "Win Two," but it wasn't:
As the Illinois Appellate Court weighs arguments over the future of police discipline in Chicago, two rulings by the Chicago Police Board have been bolstered by Cook County judges.
In one case, decided last month, Cook County Judge Michael Mullen denied an effort by Chicago police Superintendent Larry Snelling to impose discipline on an officer, [...], whom the board cleared of wrongdoing in 2023. [The officer] had faced administrative charges for his role in a chaotic arrest during the riots and unrest of summer 2020 in the wake of George Floyd’s murder by a Minneapolis police officer.
It was the first time since 2015 that the city’s top cop filed a complaint for administrative review against the police board. Snelling said the board’s findings “are not supported by the record, are clearly erroneous, and/or are against the manifest weight of the evidence.”
In the other case, ruled on in late October, Cook County Judge David Atkins upheld the police board’s decision to fire a sergeant who was involved in the February 2019 raid at the home of social worker Anjanette Young. Court records show the sergeant, [...], is now appealing the Circuit Court decision.
So in Case #1, Larritorious went against the recommendation of the Police Board, who called the effort "not supported ...erroneous ....unsupported by evidence." Who the f#$% would ever trust an asshole who was not just wrong, but wholly wrong? No wonder he was at the front of the line stripping officers for refusing the poison jab - Larritorious is a f#$%ing tool.
In Case #2, remember who the informant was who fed the team the info that was presented to AND approved by a Cook County judge? He was in a car owned by Yolanda Talley, driven by her niece, transporting heroin on the west side....and the sergeant is to blame? Aren't there supposed to be lieutenants, captains, commanders, deputy chiefs and a representative from the Chaplains Ministry on the scene of search warrants to make sure everything is properly punctuated, grammatically correct and righteous in the eyes of God?
Many ask why any cop would do a street stop in this atmosphere.
Add to that, why would anyone do a search warrant under these circumstances either?

Merit all the way gym instructor who sexed up sooooo many recruits he makes Ed Johnson look like a child boy. Ain't DEI grand. Wasn't it a white guys turn to be sup? The Asian brothers and sisters don't even get considered, now that's some racist shit right there.
All the layers of command came after the raid on Young. All I see is criticism towards officers who actually go out and try to do their job. We all have to live in this shit hole, god bless the people who try to make a difference. 25 years on, it was always the dogs who bitch and complain the most.
Larry Snelling is a fucking whore, just like every Stupidintendent who preceded him. A bitch who carries the water for the mayor, simple as that.
And every last asshole who says otherwise, that he’s a solid motherfucker who has the best interests of the rank and file, is delusional.
Quit believing what the strokes at FLOP tell you. Larry is not a breath of fresh air. Larry is the Ops who pulled the wool over J Kittens eyes when he told him things were gonna be different. Kinda like the bill of goods Johnny Boy sold all the morons who voted for him.
Jesus, my daughter wants to take the police test because she thinks it'd be better that her current employment with CPS.
Tally is on borrowed time.Think she knows what’s coming her way yet? Garbage person.
FYI the voting for the state flag seems to be ordered by number of votes. The current flag has moved up the page from near the bottom to the number 2 spot. Keep voting for the current flag to save some of our tax dollars from being wasted on nonsense.

Be careful & stay safe out there.
All you needed to do was put a blanket over the women. And don't give me your safety bullcrap either. The sergeant is the fall guy, that's it, for a very, very bad incident.
To be honest I’ve never seen an anyone above a Sgt. on any search warrants I participated on.
Members of all ranks are retiring in droves. So much cake and coffee, it’s enough to turn the entire department into diabetes. You know it’s bad when you members under 50 retire and when members with less that 20 years on the job. Don’t worry Larritorious will host another award ceremony and you’ll get to shake the hands of the Chiefs that were stripping officers that refused to upload their medical information into a portal after demands from Lori Lighthead for them to do so. Surely, , Larritorious will host another award ceremony and you’ll forget all about the bullshit he’s pulling on the 5th Floor. This has been the trick and you fall for it everytime.
Everyone has been punished for the drugs found in Chief Yolanda Talley’s vehicle except for Chief Talley and her niece. The dedicated officers that pulled Talley’s niece over were removed from the street and “soft stripped” for doing their job. According to Chief Talley they were “soft stripped” because they needed more training. Former Chief Cato (Lori Lighthead’s neighbor) who had hopes of becoming the next Superintendent abruptly retired after using his position to intervene in the investigation involving ChiefTalley’s vehicle. Former Superintendent David Clown was recently place on “Do Not Hire list” by the IG after he refused to cooperate with an investigation linked to a drug bust involving Chief Talley’s vehicle. Nephew/ 6x’s convicted felony Kenneth Miles was sentenced to two years behind bars. Everyone was punished, and yet Chief Talley gets to determine the fate of other members, testify under oath before the police board and city council on behalf of this department. This is embarrassing and disgusting.
Exempts are not your friend. None of them are. Pay close attention. They use those below them to carry out their agenda and to move up. Supt. LS has made no real changes within this department to make things better for you. He’s forced on punishing you for bump cards and 5/11 pants.
Dana O’Malley and Fred Waller are the decision makers. (Enough said)
The Sgt. who was fired wasn't that team's Sgt. AW supervised the execution of the SW because another Sgt. CP wasn't at work. AW knew nothing about the SW. I can understand getting a suspension for not getting that nasty blob covered up sooner but getting fired is beyond ridiculous. This is why you never execute another team's SW. That should have been taken into consideration but not when a hanging mob has the rope ready.
Go do a pushup Superintendent Skirt Chaser.

Did the officers who execute the Young search warrant do any surveillance to verify the info they got from the knucklehead?
Just answer the call and turn every job into a CIT standoff that calls SWAT at the slightest possibility of force.
That’s the price you pay for working on a team. Anytime tact, task force, fbi, or any other warrant executing body came to the district and asked for volunteers to help. We all always refused even the young officers.. AMD THIS IS WHY. Good luck Sergeant.
It would be interesting if some one would FOIA the number of executed search warrants each year from 2018 - 2025....
She probably encounters more criminals in CPS then she ever will as a cop....
Some people are in a perpetual state of fear of receiving a battery. Tunnel vision and auditory exclusion take over and those individuals’ brains short circuit. The team was made up of these individuals. Fear fear fear.
Right again SCC. The Garrison at 35th really needs a cleansing. Place is getting gross.
Of course not.
Check out the article at unraveled.com 80 cops who were stripped in 2024
Sgt CP was the supervisor that was there and responsible when his team supposedly gathered the intel and had the warrant drafted and signed. Sgt CP knowing he wasn’t going to be there when his team executed the warrant. All Sgt AW did was fill in for Sgt CP the day the warrant was executed. Sgt CP isn’t punished at all, he is rewarded by becoming the BOD ATC sergeant in area 5. That dude is a clown, you would think since he dodged a bullet that he would be more humble, nope, he’s an arrogant know it all
Remember, cooperate 100% with ICE. Not openly, of course. Our limp wristed command staff, of under-educated, boot licking, bed wetting political hacks will fall right in line with dimwit Conehead's pronouncements regarding cooperation. Even if it has to be anonymous, cooperate with ICE. they are our friends!
Not every superintendent was a whore. Last legitimate superintendents were Tim O’Connor and Jim O’Grady. While they were obviously required to defer to their boss-the mayor-neither were ever were bullied or beholden to the outfit or the city burners who subsequently developed power and influence through later mayoral administrations.
This is the post of the year! Could not have been better said, however, just to add a couple of things. We forgot how officers get fired for Rule 14’s when they make “confusing and contradictory” statements (aka LYING) but it’s ok when the Chief and Deputy Chief of Internal Affairs do it?
Bureau of Internal Affairs Chief Yolanda Talley mishandled the probe into Bakker and its aftermath by making “confusing and contradictory statements.
https://news.wttw.com/2023/01/05/return-chicago-cop-who-lied-about-ties-proud-boys-will-erode-trust-police-civil-rights
That confusion continued during the Feb. 22 hearing, with Deputy Chief Traci Walker “erroneously” telling the committee there was “no evidence” that Bakker made a false statement to investigators, despite the fact that the inspector general’s report documented exactly that. In response, Witzburg read her office’s report out loud. “Officers who lie can be terminated under departmental policy.” Well, except if your a Chief or Deputy Chief who publicly lie on the record at city council and budget hearings…
Yet, no journalist or reporter presses on until these two are fully exposed and removed from their positions. At the very least Witzburg should have filed a rule 14 on them both and made them go through what the rest of the department who makes “erroneous” statements has to go through.
The order is randomized. The next time you go to vote the current flag could be in any position.
Don't let her, it's nearly impossible to get fired at CPS, on CPD you can be fired for almost anything now.
They actually did put a blanket on her, and the Sgt couldn't have been any better towards her during the entire incident. It shows you didn't actually see the video. The Sgts. only mistake was agreeing to serve the warrant in the first place with that team, as he was doing a favor for another Sgt, as it wasn't his warrant or team.
Search Warrants are basically dead, except for warrants for data, phones etc. No Lts. will sign them. Let the unit Lts. sign them, it's the least they can do, they really don't do anything else except approve OT slips.

Both of these useless and clueless fucks will eventually fuck up and be out on their asses. Waller is a corrupt Southside political hack and greedy M/F who’s stacking that dough, hope he lives long enough to enjoy some of it with all his health issues. Anyone ever look into his connections with his family and ties to high ranking GD’s?
Dana Pesha-O’Malley is a former northside Jewish and now 19th ward connected political hack who’s made her bones defending and covering up for other politically connected bosses after working for almost a decade and a half with Corporation Counsel Department of Law, then becoming Assistant General Counsel, General Counsel to Superintendent and now Chief of Staff for Superintendent Snelling.
Prior to that she worked as an Associate Attorney at Futterman, Howard, Ashley and Weltman P.C. - Futterman? Sound familiar? Ronald Futterman is an antitrust and civil rights lawyer. He is related to Craig Futterman who is a clinical professor at the University of Chicago and founder and director of the Civil Rights and Police Accountability Project. The same Craig Futterman who “tipped off” by an “anonymous” source spent a year litigating the release of the Laquan McDonald which led to the demise of former superintendent Garry McCarthy, former Mayor Rahm Emmanuel, and former States Attorney Anita Alvarez. The same Craig Futterman who worked with Jamie Kalven a journalist and police brutality and reform activist who created the invisible institute and whose father was also was Law Professor University of Chicago. The same people who were provided another “anonymous tip” regarding the Finnegan and McDermott photo of them holding rifles and who forced a prisoner to pose with deer antlers. There are many more dots that can be connected if someone from the media digs deep enough they’ll be surprised at what they find.
Back door guest are best...make the call from a house phone as to the time these scumbags will do the sign n go...ICE will be more than happy to engage
old timer
Except for Lt., and Commander Bubblehead
Well said. EVERY one of those never been the police scumbags who line up with Stoopidintendent LS at pressers can fuck off. Phony backstabbing bastards one and all. There’s a special place in Hell for 99% of the command staff.
Why do anything but the barest minimum and if you don't you're a chump
The number of bogus search warrants from IAD.
Look at who signed the SW! The only person who did NOT get any suspension time or ANY discipline! None other than Deputy Chief Kevin Burno! He was the Lt and because he sold out everyone he gets promoted TWICE! He has always been a coward and NEVER the police! Hey KB how does it feel that we know the REAL TRUTH!
The blanket was put on that lady within seconds. Watch the video.
He did put a blanket on her at 28 seconds per BWC. Dumbfuck
Amazing how the depts "use of force expert" cannot pass a promotional exam that contains use of force questions. Snelling, given not earned.
@1/19/2025 10:50:40 AM- That whole thing is still going on. Sgt CP at one point was looking at a suspension of 1 year. He still has punishment hanging over his head for it, the whole saga is still on going. The COPA whistleblowers threw a wrench into a lot of COPAs “investigations”. I believe he was in ATC before the lawsuit even came down. So he wasn’t rewarded and certainly wasnt just given a play. Sgt. CP is certainly rough around the edges and can be hard to work with, no one that’s worked for him would ever tell you other wise. Worked for/with him in different capacities for almost a decade, he’s yelled at me more time than I can remember, he’s pissed me off more times than I can remember, but at the end of the day, he’s a great individual who actually gives a shit about the people who work for him. I would work for him any day.
Well... fuck.
If Fred Waller were making the decisions, much better decisions would be getting made.
Holy Shit, I was always told that these connected firms get cases from the City fed to them by insiders and they’ve always been on bullshit! Phone calls are made to protect the exempts that step in shit and connected bosses, politicians, reverends and bosses peoples or folks and their offspring. If your not plugged, up da river you go and they either threaten demotion and prosecution or force early retirement or resignation so that they collect somewhat of a pension. This should be a thread of its own. Unbelievable!
Those officers? On that team? They cut every corner they could.
Which Kevin Bruno? Are you talking about the one with the Law background?
Another wasted salary.
30 illegals moved into a house at the end of my block, what’s the 1-800 hotline number?
I stand with ICE.
Yep he is a snake! Just like Sgt CP in A5. Hey Kevin you sold your soul for that gold star. You are not fooling anyone! The 19th Ward still pulling strings for you?
Sgt AW I believe quit and is now a PO at Niles PD
That’s because you only have a few years on kid. When former superintendent Cline made the change to have a Lt. on scene on every S/W I recall Lt. Zefeldt was one of the first ones to go. The team in Area Four got a CR# and lawsuit and they had listed him as the highest ranking supervisor. When he went to Corp counsel this weasel through the Sgt. under the bus and said that the Sgt. was technically the highest team supervisor. Corp counsel told the Sgt and every PO interviewed about how he threw everyone under the bus. Anyhow, Cline got wind of it and whacked Zefeldt right in his ass and he landed in some district on 3rd watch in some south side district.
Neither is Corp counsel. When they tell you, it’s ok you can tell me exactly what happened they will hang you. They’re there just to minimize exposer to city. If that means fucking blue shirts or white for that matter then so be it.
Snelling’s testimony got Jason Van Dyke convicted. He did what the department wanted him to do and that’s why he’s your superintendent.
JKitten you can stop kissing the 5th Floor’s ass now. Trump is president now. There’s no need to sacrifice your little fish for the big fish. Your breath of fresh is recommending that Lodge members be fired. Your breath of fresh air is not concerned about Commander Tate not attending an officer under his command funeral. Your breath of fresh air is not concerned with Commander Blanton not addressing her officers and providing support the day after an officer dead by suicide. Your breath of fresh air has turned out to be a lingering bathroom smell.
O’Malley is hiding out in Mount Green for protection. She pretends to be “allfor her neighbors” but on the other hand she’s pushing Black Live Matter agenda. She’s the insider that tip off cases to the media and certain attorneys.
The Laquan McDonald’s video didn’t get released until two years later after the media received a tip from an insider. This sparked activists and faith leaders to push for the video to be released. Dana has held more than one position for the city. She’s worked for the Law Department as well. Can you image how much money is changing hands under the table?
What is Larry Snelling doing about this? How can YT remain in charge of accountability?
Traci Walker is supposed to be moving up to Chief of BIA and Commander Watson taking a lateral move to Commander of BIA and then to Deputy Chief of BIA according to somebody that in the know. Traci Walker lied to the city council while under oath and she’s been hiding out since.
She’s probably also hiding from all the women she has sexually harassed over the years. She is creepy af.
That publication is a collaboration between Steve Held from
Peoples Fabric and Raven Geary of Jinx Press.
Dana Pashe O’Malley had a lot to do with the abrupt departure of Senior Corporation Counsel Jordan Marsh, who has worked for the city since 1997. He was accused of covering up the Laquan McDonald incident. Dana worked Futterman, and Futterman and his students, who were from the University of Chicago Law School’s Civil Rights and Police Accountability Clinic, spent nearly a year in litigation before convincing a judge to make the Laquan McDonald video public. Do your research and read it for yourself.

Sgt CP mood swings are legendary. Mostly he just hates everyone. He must be a real prize to be married to
It’s They/Them too you.
“They” was a “she” when she began her CPD career as a serial sexual harasser.

Well, therein lies the problem. You and countless others allowed this sergeant to yell at them and nobody ever stood up to him. If he would’ve ever yelled at me, I would’ve yelled back at him and ask him who he thought he was talking to and if he didn’t come to his senses I most definitely wouldn’t of been afraid to go hands on. If you’re a supervisor yelling at your employees, you are not a good supervisor, you are a scared coward. People act like this because they have never had pushback or have been punched in the face. Dude is unprofessional and shouldn’t be a supervisor. And, you are a self admitted skirt who didn’t stick up for yourself. People will treat you the way you allow them to, don’t ever put up with it, stand up for yourself!!!!
Dana was an Associate Attorney at Futterman, Howard, Ashley and Weltman P.C She practiced Civil Rights Litigation in federal court.
Dana also worked at William J. Harte, Ltd.for Attorney William J. Harte who sued the Lawyers at Cooperation Council in Harte v. Chicago Council of Lawyers. (Look it up). Her name is listed on Harte’s webpage below. Double dipper Dana is the leak. She has told law firms that she’s affiliated with how to sue the city (us). I can’t imagine how much money is involved under the table.
Dana was the link between Futterman and the push for the Laquan McDonald video release which resulted to several officers and white shirt resigning or getting terminated. She worked on the project with Futterman and now she’s our Chief of Staff. They gave her a position with the CPD to shut her up. Dana (while employed at Futterman), her former boss, Attorney/ Professor Futterman and Futterman’s law students at the UIC Law School formerly known as John Marshall Law School were the ones that pushed for the release of the LM video. She’s was the link between Futterman and the video.
https://www.morelaw.com/lawyers/atty.asp?f=William&l=Harte&i=29105&z=60602
Imagine going to Cooperation Council and the CPD Chief of Staff is playing both sides. Do your research.
I was wondering why the DEI hired her.

I can't count how many times I got called in and reamed for dumb shit I did when I was young and running wild, thankfully I got pulled in and straightened out, its what good supervisors do, sometimes we have to be saved from ourselves when we don't see our self-destructive behavior.
I didn't get mouthy and threaten to go "hands on," but then again, I'm not a keyboard tough guy.. it's comical that you speak of how you would've been insubordinate and assault your supervisor when everyone knows you would've done neither.
I was not talking about officers who are doing dumb shit and running wild, that’s a different story. He yells at people for making honest mistakes. If I make an honest mistake that isn’t going to get someone hurt, killed or put in prison, you better just tell me and not yell at me…. No keyboard warrior here, I stood up to supervisors before when they were wrong and yelling at me. If you allow a supervisor to yell at you, you are a mush.
Ok Cory, just be glad you still have your job and stop yelling at people, just be humble
