CWBChicago later reported exclusively that Miles was also the “John Doe” who provided incorrect information to Chicago cops that resulted in the infamous mistaken raid on Anjanette Young’s home.
Now, Talley will become Snelling’s top aide, responsible for the department’s day-to-day operations. The post has been vacant since the last “first,” Eric Carter, retired in the spring of 2023.
We recall speculating at the time that anyone who had their car impounded for dope that they (claim) had no idea was in the possession of someone else in the car, suddenly had grounds for an appeal of sorts.
And the dumbass move by Texas Brownie putting the arresting officers in desk duty with no evidence of wrongdoing....aside from catching a family member of the head of IAD family.
A number of commentators are pointing out Yoyo's ties to the Ervin crime family - Melissa's scandal-plagued reign over at the City Treasurers Office and Aldercreature Jason's litany of disasters including the stripper-in-the-office incident and the crackhouse he owned in the suburbs.
If the dope in Yoyo's car had been cocaine, we would have wondered if her niece was headed to or from Maywood.

First Deputy Superintendent Talley and Anjanette Young went to school together. They both know convicted felon Ken Miles, who served two years for the drugs in First Deputy Talley’s personal vehicle. Ken Miles was arrested and a Cook County Judge found him guilty. Ken Miles was arrested again a few months after the drug incident, but was released without charges.
Don’t forget Alderman Jason Ervin and City Treasurer, Melissa Conyear Ervin’s drug house
over in Maywood that we hit a few times when I was in Vice. Earlier today, a commenter that attends city council meetings suggested that Tally (must be) and the Ervins are big campaign contributors to Conehead ,Congressman Danny Davis, Alderman Emma Mitts, Alderman Monique Scott, Alderman William Burnett Jr, etc. Someone on social media suggested that the Ervins agree with/to everything Conehead puts on the city council floor. Someone suggested that the Ervins gets things passed at the city council for Conehead. More rumors has it that based on the colors (blue/yellow) it appears that Female Ervin is in the same sorority as DEI Benn and DEI Ward. If you know anything about Chicago politics you’d know that Male Ervin is the head of the Black Caucus which encompasses Black politicians and church leaders, mostly from the westside. The Black Caucus stood behind the female on the that was allegedly drugged when she ran over an officer with his own patrol vehicle on the westside. Bloggers found out that the female has ties to Conehead and Prickwrinkle. This is why Trump is pushing to get rid of the DEI garbage.

IG Deborah Witzburg is a disgrace, Superintendent Snelling is now playing the race game and morale in the department is sinking fast. The question is Yolanda Talley faced no disciplinary action. Her decision to give her niece her Lexus, have a male with heroin driving in the vehicle, then basically threaten officers with her aunt’s title should automatically disqualify her. Chief Snelling, you have let the force and the City of Chicago down. I never thought you would play politics in your position but obviously was wrong.

Bottom line is 95% or more of this command staff have no business being in the positions they’re in. This same group pretty much has no business being police officers. How she was called to testify in open court about police misconduct and how she lied about her involvement? It’s court record? They moved Kirby out to shut her up? But Kirby had already brought in Barz in as her cleaner and he becomes upset when Hall, Fenner and Ward all score at top of Lieutenant list? So they give Barz and the top 3 spots as Lieutenants? Just to shut down all the bad press? Now you get Yolanda Talley who cannot find her sidearm? Who has no control of her personal vehicle when used in the commision of a crime? All while assigned in IAD as Chief? Now you see Talley as Deputy Chief of IAD become First deputy? All so she can pad her pension for being a bad cop? Just like Barz, Hall, Fenner and Ward? If you missed it the cycle of distrust and promotion all stems from within IAD/IAB? And you worry about how this Department is headed? It in same $hit hole it’s been in for years? What this promotion of Talley really means is that Snelling is going on Furlough and they needed an idiot to fill the seat while Snelling is gone? I have seen Talley work and she is in the deep end and cannot swim? Just watch how fast they move her out?

This dirt bag had the audacity to vote no to duty disability benefits for officers suffering from PTSD, officers involved in shootings or serious trauma. But when it came time to vote no for a PTSD claim by Cynthia Donald for having a consensual sexual relationship with special Ed, she votes to award her duty disability benefits. Thankfully the rest on the board had common sense, but this is a prime example of the crookedness of the Ervin crime family.

And because of the "John Doe" incident you now have this. The House Judiciary- Criminal Committee voted 8-5 to pass House Bill 1611. Under the proposed law, police must knock, announce themselves and allow a person at least 30 seconds to answer the door when executing a warrant at a residence. Police would also be required to execute residential warrants between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., Other new requirements would including having paramedics close to respond to medical issues, prohibiting police from pointing guns at minors and a ban on handcuffing parents or guardians in front of children unless they are an “immediate threat.”

It appears that every law enforcement agency, every judge, every FED, every coroner and every medical profession is immune to civil lawsuits. But CPD officers are NOT!!!!
Merely assisting on a SW and officer's name is anywhere on case or arrest reports they're f-ed. FBI does not honor FOIA and if they do their agent's names are redacted so good luck attempting to identify any agent. But assisting CPD officer's name aren't redacted even on FBI FOIA reports. Additionally, our department provides all our personal information upon request. Might as well give them our SS numbers.
If ordered to assist on a SW the trick is to activate the BWC. Feds don't want their warrant execution recorded and will ask you to deactivate. If you refuse they don't need you inside.

At the very least, the chief of IAD let niecy drive her vehicle while suspended. This alone would necessitate a log number for the everyday patrol division warrior, but when you factor in narcotics contained in this vehicle with a known relative at the wheel, this is a full blown investigation. Many officers have been sent to purgatory or the alternate response unit for less serious transgressions and stripped pending the outcome of the investigation. Seems like a double standard. I don't wish anyone bad but its about time to level the playing field.
In case some CPD snowflakes have not yet made the leap to a conclusion just yet...This is what corruption looks like. CPD is run by a corrupt political machine. It is now at the highest levels of CPD. Snelling is complicit in this decision because he knew what Yo-Yo was all about. Supt Brown stripped the officers without just cause was an act of retaliation. This goes very deep. Remember that next time someone gets stripped. With Yo-Yo sitting at the No. 2 spot.

Barbie West was not the 1st Deputy. She was in a made up spot of Deputy Superintendent. It slotted in between the 1st deputy and a chief. She was in charge of constitutional policing. She did not run the day to day operations as the 1st Deputy does.

Do any of you remember Lt Claudell Irvin at the academy in the early 90’s? He was a total hater and so damn full of himself and of course the father of Aldermen Jason Irvin. Then he became the commander in 011. I still remember the fool in the academy like it was just yesterday. He was also a slumlord that owed the city thousands of dollars and he just flew under the radar like the rest.
