This is only the tip of the iceberg. Unqualified 2x merit M&F/1 exempts at HQ and in most of the districts with no clue how to do the job, with most, along with their staff, being admin most of their careers, and the exempt just passing the buck down to their XO’s, Lt’s, sgts, po’s who have even lesser of a clue.
Perfect example is that 006th district social media Happy Easter video that we’ve all seen……..containing a costumed Easter bunny covering a ghetto rap song that contains gang related lyrics and also includes lyrics accusing another rapper of pedophilia, while 4 F/1 PO’s danced to it in the background. This is how incompetent the bosses are…….to not even look up the lyrics to a rap song to be sung by the Easter bunny , and obviously meant to be seen/heard by kids in CPD’s clueless attempt to recruit or help with community relations. I’m sure Flegar & st Sabina loved it. The boss that approved the completely embarrassing video to be posted to CPD social media should be demoted for this, but we all know that would never happen. And all involved in making the video are paid the same as the diminishing street coppers who are out there running around like cowboys, still believing that their hard work will make a difference, when in reality, they’re just opening themselves up to the inevitable CR’s and lawsuits that they will undoubtedly be rewarded with. Think about all that next time you’re responding to/chasing/getting injured after trying to help on a complete ghetto no-win call/on view. Put the blinders on and think about u putting your career and family’s lives at risk while those admin coppers job is to create dance and singing gang related songs as a happy Easter video. That make the same salary as u. Shut it down. I work the street every day and haven’t made a box 1 or 2 arrest yet this year, and I’ll still make the same salary without having to worry about getting jammed up or putting my career/pension/family’s well being at risk. A dispatcher assigned to OEMC’s training department was hired by CPD as a training officer. He was a dispatcher for 3 years and allegedly sucked so his clouted self got Detailed to the training department and now hired by CPD.
Amanda begged, cried, and went through the whole call taking interview process and was rejected while working as a dispatcher.
No Rules for the clouted and poverty and suicide for the unclouted. That’s the OEMC way!

The real story is LAKEISHA misplaced some merit packets, found them, misplaced them again.
She also universally disqualified around 50 people from the Captain’s promotional process for clerical errors and typos unrelated to the packets they were supposed to turn in. And some of those DQ’d people have serious whack. Go figure.
