I’m inland a bit from the Florida coast. It’s not rich around here, lots of people who don’t look like they have a lot, modest homes, working class poor jobs. Trust me, there are plenty of sketch people who are down and out here. Though I’m no fan of Walmart, there’s literally a Walmart every 5 to 8 miles and they are almost always busy. There also seems to be no shortage of other bargain and big box stores being opened around here. That’s what prosecutors & municipalities who allow law enforcement to do their jobs does for the retail and retail job market.
