Four-time convicted felon Davon Fullilove had ten felony cases pending in three states when he robbed a woman near Chicago’s Union Station in 2023. He can rest easy now, knowing that five of those cases are now behind him.
He resolved them by pleading guilty to armed robbery in exchange for a nine-year prison sentence. Judge Michael Clancy gave him two concurrent three-year sentences for felony theft cases he had pending in the suburbs. Prosecutors dropped two other suburban theft cases.
"Pending" meaning out on bail for a couple of these and not extradited for the others.

The SAFE-T Act proves that Illinois politicians and judges are not only far-left radicals that hate the police...but active accomplices to the violent street criminals and gangs that terrorize Illinois. JB Pritzker is no different from a getaway driver...or a gang member that intimidates witnesses from testifying in court...or the fence that buys stolen proceeds. He may not have held a weapon during the commission of the crime but he is criminally culpable just the same. F*** them all.

Wow ! So nice of Judge Clancy to be so lenient for this misguided young man. 9 years for Armed Robbery??? That’s a Class X felony (6-30 years in jail) and with his background he should be sitting for at least 20 years. No wonder crime is out of control with sweetheart deals like this bull shit.

"concurrent sentences" are a liberal fantasy. The term is illogical and should not exist.

Our federal government should appointment a commission to investigate and indict any and all public official, ie: States Attorney, District Attorney, Governor, etc who accepted funds from a 3rd anti USA party source (Soros) as a "political contribution" to change such laws as to harm US citizens with laws like the Safety Act and lazed criminal prosecutions. Illinois is one of many liberal states that have the same issues.
