Not Violent Enough
Surprise! Another blue state $hithole:
A Florida man walked into a Fall River (Massachusetts) bank last summer, handed the teller a note that said “I have a bomb,” and walked out with $5,000. He got caught the same day with dye on his hands and stolen cash in his pocket. Open and shut.
But before his case was resolved, a legal question made it all the way to the state’s highest court: could prosecutors hold him without bail as a danger to the public?
The Supreme Judicial Court said no. Armed robbery, the justices ruled on March 10, doesn’t count as a violent enough crime to lock someone up before trial.
Read that again. Armed robbery. Not violent enough. …
We really really need this idiots to become victims of their own rulings and stupidity. That's the only way they'll learn.

Armed robbery not significant enough to hold without bail? Disgusting. America is a total mess.
Massachusetts libtards, not surprised.
There is a man who has a database of judges and their bad rulings. Right now he only does Florida but he's in the process of making it nationwide. Maybe by making their names public and listing the criminals they set free, changes or consequences will come.
They say America is BACK??? Perhaps only in the RED states!
Too bad the President doesnt have the authority to get rid of any state judge...
Did he wash off the eye before he was released?
Why isn’t this being charged federally if it’s a bank robbery???
Armed robbery with a bomb not violent enough? Hmmm...how soon these judges forgot the carnage caused by the Boston Marathon Bombing.
I recall responding to an armed robbery of a retired judge years ago. The offender was caught nearby. While waiting for the detectives I advised him he would need to make himself available for the felony review process and may need to go to the Area. Since it was late in the evening he politely told me to hold on a minute. He made a quick phone call and walked back over. He told me to ask for a specific person at felony review and that the charges of armed robbery were approved. Later in my tour I walked upstairs and spoke with the detective assigned. He laughed that this was the quickest approval he'd gotten from felony review in his career.
Either the justice system handles it or the vigilantes do... choose wisely!
If the judges don’t have him whacked first.
Someone explained to me that "carjacking is not a violent crime."
Oak Park resident.
Nothing further.

Some group out there is also cataloging the horrible crimes committed by ILLEGAL ALIENS. I wish them success in this endeavor.
...but you can wheel a hand truck loaded with 150,000 pages of evidence up to a liberal, and they will hardly even glance at you.
"ALL LIES! ALL LIES!"
...and there went rational discourse.
Block, oppose, ridicule, defund, repeal with all your might. Just don't try to have a conversation.
People who voted for a political platform of "JOY!" are in my experience, usually not salvageable.
If you watch the CSPAN hearings for federal judge, you will hear tales regularly about judges releasing felons who go on to kill or rape again. The vote is the same every single time no matter how heinous the criminal is. All GOP vote “against”. all Dems vote “for”. Every single time.
Imagine the result if a "Massachusetts man" had strolled into a Florida bank and tried to run this.
Bank robbery still a Federal crime, ain't it?
Aside from that, the enlightened and progressive State of Louisiana could make available a "community rehabilitative, data-driven, faith-based program" as the "alternative" various "freedom projects" are always noising about.
Get in there and hose off and Simoniz the abundant gators for the warden's pleasure at the great and time-honored Angola Prison Rodeo.
Add the reptilian dimension here as a gesture of respect to those whose prehistoric street savagery needs to be acknowleged, studied, commiserated with - all on research grants, of course.

Communist's!
American education system is producing goofs. Most who rise through the education system and move on to an awesome job can’t relate to working people.
Changes not likely. Every single judge will be listed , so what difference will it make.
Why didn't you use the elevator? Inquiring minds want to know.
Notice that the "Florida Man" didn't commit this crime in Red Florida. Life is great in a Red State.
Teller should have looked at the note, wrote "So do I" on it and handed it back.
Funny how the tone changes when a judge is involved. In the 1990s a federal judge and his wife were out shopping in Coral Gables. A pair of Rolex bandits saw his wife was wearing a Rolex so they followed them home, hit the judge over the head and ripped the Rolex off the wife's wrist. Within a week th US Marshall's working with Metro Dade PD found there miscreants. I think the state judge gave them each like 16, 17 years in jail.
