They Think They Work Too Hard

If this happens, how about some pay reductions?

  • Chicago Public Schools says it has no plans to shorten the school year in an effort to save money.

Despite allegations from the Chicago Teacher’s Union, CPS says that reducing instructional time in a classroom is not an option and would go against the district’s five-year strategic plan.

CPS admits to facing significant financial challenges, but says at no point was the district considering shortening the school year.

Johnny already can't read, write or do basic math, and the CTU wants to reduce classroom hours?

Like we said, no one in Chicago is getting their tax dollars worth in education measures, so everyone is due a refund for the "product" put out by CTU, starting with pay cuts.
