Obunghole's Lieberry has been opened for 100 days. Apparently it is also a bar and restaurant. 175,469 visitors, 11,424 Obama Burgers served, 1,951 Michelle margaritas, 3,985 Obama Family Chili bowls, and 71,524 T-Shirts sold.
So let me get this straight. The alderman get a 75mm contribution to shore up pensions in the "new" parking lot deal but the people who pay for parking get zero relief from costs? Everyone does realize they're just back door pocketing the money for themselves right? It is their pension they're depositing it into. The city is full of crooks, they're called city workers.

We need to tell Fop now that we want 29 and a day to get the medical no matter the age!! Contract expires in 8 months we should tell them what the membership wants this time around.
I agree that should be the thing, but what would we be willing to give up?

I hit 55 long before I reach 29 and a day so this does nothing for me, and a majority of the department. It's not my problem you got on so early. I'm not fighting your fight.
It only makes good sense, let’s let Fop know 29 and a day for medical no matter the age. Someone asked what would we give up? I’m thinking making everyone work 29 years for medical. Now is the time to let Fop know. Contract expires in June.

Count up how many police officers and Sgt’s they have there every day, figure out their salaries, and add that up.
Then ask “why are the Chicago Police providing security for that place?”
A PRIVATE security company should be doing that job!
(It’s not like there isn’t a ton of security companies are donated large amounts to his political campaigns, which would obviously make them the most qualified!)

An awesome example of how we stick together.
No, typical Chicago cop is: let me cry about an issue that will affect about 2% of the department, because I maxed out my pension and I'm not resourceful enough to figure out another way to get insurance. So let's waste time and attention on MY problem... No one with less than 20 years on right now is staying 29 and a day anymore. This is an issue that affects about 20 current numbnuts and will never be an issue for anyone in the current generation of POs. Not something we need to waste our attention on.
