Anyone know when Conehed is going to reactivate some form of ShotSpotter so people (or folks) stop dying after being made into holey-men?
A gunshot victim lay undiscovered for nearly 30 minutes on a West Pullman bike path Monday morning before a passerby found him. The man, who remained unidentified Wednesday, was dead by the time help arrived.
The shooting happened in the 800 block of West 117th Street, where 911 callers reported hearing gunfire near Halsted Street around 8:06 a.m., according to CPD dispatch records. None could pinpoint where the shots came from, and officers who searched the area and spoke with witnesses failed to find the shooting scene. ShotSpotter could have provided police with a precise location for the gunfire even if no 911 caller knew where the shots came from, potentially directing officers to the trail where the victim was lying.
At 8:33 a.m., a passerby found the victim on the Major Taylor Trail. Officers said the man appeared to be in his mid- to late 20s, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Several shell casings were found nearby, confirming that the shooting occurred where his body was discovered.
Well, maybe not - he could have had a pocket full of expended shell casings that spilled out after he fell over. "Momma said he liked to collect shiny things."
Anyway, the Conehead body count (dead and wounded) climbs to ninety-four. Will it hit one-hundred before Election Day in February?

what's wrong with the shot spotter citizens out there who spot the person shot after they expired, thereby saving the taxpayers more money for the e/r visit and hospital stay and the continue their life on welfare?
They don’t want the scientific evidence of how savage the shooters are in the community. The number of shootings and the astronomical amount or rounds fired from rifles is worse than a war zone. And the truth hurts

The images of children, avid bicyclists and exercise gurus will reveal the killer as not only the bicycle registration and unique bicycle profiles are recorded, but it has been reported that facial recognition profiling software technologies are utilized as well Cast a large investigatory surveillance net on people on the public way in this community in the name of criminal identification. You just never know when a person on that bike trail is committing, is about to commit, or has committed a petty or serious act of criminal activity. Then Flock LLC can fill out a traffic statistical study (TSS) cards tying them up with administrative nonsense for their reasonable articulable suspicion video stop recording of personally identifiable information just like an actual Chicago Police Officer is required to. The "data" or "publicly collected information collected on you" can be submitted to Northwestern University to identify biases and racial profiling by electronic means. Remember then ILL Sen. Barack Hussein Obama (DSA) emboldened and funded annual million dollar studies since 2004 to identify biased traffic enforcement to be validated by university statistical manipulations, additional taxpayer funding and continuation of this necessary study into perpetuity.
The whole plan with shutting down shotspotter was to make it look like shootings were down and to help criminals get away with their crimes.

It's embarrassing to have police supervisors that failed the multiple choice part of a promotional exam with scores in the 50's. Oh, I disregard, Johnson does care about black folks, too much and to the detriment of everyone else. He really thinks that he can find the root causes of crime and does not have to lock up the thugs. He will find out or maybe he won't.
