The typical bully, John Catanzara relies on raising his voice to talk over those who challenge him while simultaneously making personal attacks in an effort to shut them down. He also has to be the center of attention, like a petulant child who screams, kicks and cries when he doesn’t get his way. It’s been his MO since adolescence and will likely be a huge contributing factor as the Feds construct their case against him.
Which is why they were particularly excited to receive the minutes from numerous general and board meetings. It doesn’t take much research and reading before you see that John and that whole board is compromised. And their shenanigans have been forever memorialized for easy access and reference, Rob Noceda’s piss poor transcription aside.
An old timer once told us “it doesn’t cost you anything to keep your mouth shut”. His inability to do so will be a huge part of John’s ultimate downfall. And that big mouth of his is going to be instrumental in several other of his inner circle getting federally ensnared. Too many lies have been told to keep them all straight and too much crooked shit done to claim as past/common practice or mere oversight in need of policy changes. It’s just a matter of time now.

What exactly is this new charity? Who started it, and who are the board members?
Where are the Articles of Incorporation and bylaws? Is this organization actually registered with the State of Illinois? Has it been registered with the Illinois Attorney General’s Charitable Trust Bureau? Has it received 501(c)(3) status from the IRS, or has it even applied?
Who is going to serve as the accountant? Who will be responsible for preparing and filing the required annual reports and tax returns with the Illinois Attorney General and the IRS?
There are a lot of questions that need to be answered before anyone starts asking members or the public for money. Where are the documents, the financial information, and the proof that this is a legitimate, properly established charity?
Does anyone actually know if this is a real charity or is charity beginning at home with J. Rat?

Before anyone contributes a single dollar, members should demand to see the articles of incorporation, bylaws, IRS filings, financial statements, compensation arrangements, and proof of registration with the appropriate Illinois authorities. Who will be responsible for the accounting? Who will audit the books? How much money will go toward actual charitable purposes versus salaries, administration, or other expenses? I also remember the organization Ken Hauser established under the pension board umbrella and the questions that arose after an audit report regarding its tax filings and the need to resubmit returns forced him to close it down. That history makes transparency even more important. If members have legitimate concerns about the handling of charitable funds, they should document those concerns and consider filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including the Illinois Attorney General, rather than simply accepting assurances.This isn’t about personalities. Yes. Fatstavich called Jcat in a panic when the grievance committee moved forward with the canine grievances. Jcat came running down from his office and promised to kill the grievances at the next board meeting, which he did. The lead agent was happy to get those minutes, she’s alluded to Pay to play illegal promotions as part of her part of the investigation , so hopefully this also gets some of the former people at HR jammed up. FOP got something in return for allowing people to be promoted without regard to testing or rank order.
