Conflict of Interest?
Just wondering, but why is the 016 District commander allowed to run a real estate business in the District he supervises?
The appearance of impropriety brings up reminders of when that Commander in 011 and the Deputy Chief of Area 4/former Commander of 015 were running "traffic stop missions" on the streets where they owned property?
Someone (a Chief?) is looking out for this mope, probably hoping to get a deal on a bungalow up north?

Back in the day, exempts could not work a second job. The only thing they could do was teach College classes. Has this changed?

But I do recall when he and his wife opened an office the Department became upset when he used his uniform in the business photos and he eventually removed the photo. Or even better how much time he now spends outside of 016 area of responsibility? Or back when he worked in IAD not IAB and they gave him cushy spot in confidential investigations? That did not work out long since he was off closing on real estate sales? Just like Kamala, they look great on paper but in person they can hardly stand up by them self!
