Over 46% of the American population will suffer some form of mental illness in their lifetimes. This is quite a shocker to the rest of the medical establishment, but we were among the first to diagnosis this years ago. The disease is "Liberalism" and the symptoms are voting for democratic candidates. Hahahahahaha, just a little right wing humor there. Sorry "lefty."

Since the police department represents the true make up of the city, I would tend to agree with that percentage. About 1/2 the cops I have worked with are nut cases, fetish freaks and kinky!

Very untrue statement. If we represented the make up of the city, the cannabilism rate would shoot thru the roof. When moms new boyfriend buggers one of the children, ussually the boyfriend isnt a copper. All we want is sexual penetration, no one wants to have sexual or oral intercourse, then kill some one like most of our good citizens. We want to have sex, but we dont kill if they say no. We dont gangster puss. Lighten up anonymous, nut cases, fetish freaks and kinks are good people. They could be stealing and robbing and why not talk about sex when police work is so boring. Also bring your rain coat in case you have to have sex with your partner. The coat fits over the trunk or the back seat. U dont want your rump on the seat the prisoners use. Nothing beats sex and kinky stuff on CPD time.
Remember dont wipe your self with a general offense report, the carbon might leave a mark on your white under garments.

Mental illness has always been a problem at Police Headquarters. Both at 35th and 11th and State. Many a boss wanted to jump out of a window when things went wrong. Now most of the jumpers are at 121 N. LaSalle st. aka City Hall. When the King calls you, it's pack your bags and jump. Ask the Building Commish, Stan K. His face told it all, I just did what the mayor said to do. I hired the people I was told to hire. It's the same at CPD, people being promoted because someone gets the call. Or a boss gets the call that someone is being transfered into his unit and he has to eat that person, or dump one of his own, even if the new person is qualified or not, more often not. It's life in the big city.
