Breaking News Story:
In separate incidents in 008 and 017, the Supt. is about to announce criminal charges against two police officers. Both allege that the individual officer "beat" a suspect in the security office of the alleged shoplifting offense. Both incidents are supposedly recorded on department store videotape
As the moderator (or M as leftisthebest calls him) stated two weeks ago remember Target and JC Penney's are not police-friendly.
I call for a boycott of these stores by Chicago P/O's. Whatta think?
I won't burn rubber to any calls at these places. Their store dicks better keep bond money handy for those unlawful restraint and battery cases they'll be facing when I do get there. Their risk management departments will not like the way my reports read either.
The losses of these stores are going to be off the charts when the boosters figure it out we are at war.
When we do get there there will be a lot of name checks being run on the employees. I wonder what percentage of traffic BFW cases involve store employees in these places. I'm gonna find out!
Before I deal with the any in custody boosters the handcuff will come off and I just can't run that fast these days.
I wonder about the city stickers in the employee parking areas?
Perhaps good patrol proceedures dictate increased traffic enforcement in the vicinity!

And while we are not shopping at Target or Penney's anymore, lets please start our campaign to make sure king richies other puppet, dickhead devine, does not get re-elected. Remember, we unseated a judge before, we are pretty powerful when we stick together. which brings up a whole other problem, we don't stick together like we did before.
My advise is to make the security guards walk the offender out of the store to your car, then do all the paper in your car.
I suspect that convictions against their shoplifters and such shall be a very rare event in the future.
The store dicks can sit in the back seat with their shoplifters!
I think it's time to invite the store dicks to come down to the Districts to sign any complaints from now on. Of course there may be fewer complainst to sign now.
Absolutely, make the security guards or store agents come into the station to be interviewed by the Dets. and ASA from felony review. Use the system follow the letter of the law and the specific writing of Dept directives.
Take any surveillance tape that the store has of any shoplifting incident and inventory it as evidence. Any time there is an allegation of force used by the security guard during arrest, take the guard into custody and refer the case to the Dets. and felony review.
Respond immediately. Do the job to the letter of the law. Make the gaurd come to district station to swear out complaint by desk sergeant. Ask arrestee if he or she has been abused, then allow cross complaints. This happens on more than one occasion, guess what, they wont call the police no more. Even if the gaurd is an off duty p/o screw these corporations.
Every one to station, then notify the dicks...

This is only the beginning. Time to get out of the working mode right now. Not because yoiu are lazy, but because you need to feed your family and stay out of jail. People love to see us swing and politicians and the media love to serve us up. If you only have a couple years on....Get out!!! or prepare to be shat upon for the next quarter of a century. You recourse to the a$$h01es on the street is getting close to nil. Go against your working instinct and just give'em reports, parkers and movers. Let this city turn in to the shithole it is destined to become. We all know that they tell us to go out there and kick ass but then disavow any knowledge of that mission when the heat is on.
Just wait till they install the over 5000 cameras on the street corners over the next several years. You won't be able to make a funny face at a bad guy. If thats the way the Dept. and Citizens want it....Good!!! I'll sit back and laugh as this city goes up in flames.
