Protests Today
Big day today. We're going to go to the protests, hunt down Lefty, cover him head to toe in "W" stickers, then cut him loose during the march. We have a bet on the actual distance he makes it through the crowd - the over/under is 20 yards.
Preliminary coverage of the march is here at Channel 7 and the Tribune. Hopefully, it's a fraction of the size of the immigrant march and at least as peaceful. Not that we don't think the Department isn't capable of dishing out some 1960's style whuppings, but we hate to see coppers bruise their knuckles.

The Marine Unit is going to have their Battle Ship on the river today along with a Destroyer in case the sh-t hits the fan.
