Once Again, the LIBERAL Media

Rush Limbaugh (to whom we have still NEVER listened to - even for a tenth of a second) was recently said to have been "arrested" in connection with a drug charge. Fine, we know what "arrested" means - we're cops after all.

Seems Newsweek doesn't know what "arrested" means though:
  • LIMBAUGH ARRESTED was the immediate headline on the wires and on TV, but the word "arrest" was misleading. In fact, Limbaugh had pleaded not guilty, and his lawyer had worked out a deal that would cause the single charge to be dropped after 18 months as long as Limbaugh stayed out of trouble and continued to see a doctor who has helped him with an addiction to painkillers. [emphasis added]
So it wasn't really an arrest, was it? In fact, everything will be dropped in 18 short months. Not only that, but this from Drudge:
  • It now appears James Martz, the prosecutor who headed the investigation into Limbaugh's prescription drug use, was bluffing when he said that medical records "indicate evidence that would support in excess of 10 felony counts for violations." [emphasis added]
The Palm Beach prosecutor's office also suggested that Limbaugh may have been involved in money laundering, which could be actionable according to a lawyer we keep chained in the basement. This looks more and more like a political persecution rather than a legit prosecution. Links via Espella Humanzee and our own surfing.

James Martz should be investigated by the feds for the alledged political prosecution of Rush Limbaugh where there was a constitutional violation of the doctor /patient privacy act. Even the ACLU backed Limbaugh. James Martz, a democratic liberal prosecutor, alledgely had his political agenda focused on the prosecution of Limbaugh. Limbaugh used the drugs for severe back pain and unfortunalety got addicted to the drug. He shoud not be classified with recreational drug users. I personally had a ruptured L5 disc and you DO NOT want to experience that pain. I hope he receives the proper treatment for the forced addiction of the drug. Limbaugh is the watchdog of the liberal media and politicians which include the always negative reporting of the police. Limbaugh puts them in check. I hope he remains on the air for a long time to expose the lies of the liberal media and politicians.

The only difference between Limbaugh keeping prosecutors at bay versus some west side dog pinched on a one bagger is Limbaugh's millions and legal team. You'll see Rush and O.J. golfing together very soon as they suddenly have lots in common- they both beat the system.

"There's nothing good about drug use. We know it. It destroys individuals. It destroys families. Drug use destroys societies. Drug use, some might say, is destroying this country. And we have laws against selling drugs, pushing drugs, using drugs, importing drugs. And the laws are good because we know what happens to people in societies and neighborhoods which become consumed by them. And so if people are violating the law by doing drugs, they ought to be accused and they ought to be convicted and they ought to be sent up."
