Quick Hits for Tuesday

Just a little Quick Hits:

• In the Sun Times today. First of all, innocent until proven guilty. But what the hell? Why would you even be caught near fake hundreds - especially (A) at a casino where they probably are very familiar with the forgeries and (B) at a currency exchange, where they are probably very familiar with the forgeries?
• Right after we kill all the lawyers, we're propose going after the phony psychiatrists like the ones in this article. Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED for short)? Come on, get real! How about a syndrome called "My Mommy and Daddy didn't teach me appropriate behavior in public and catered to my every whim and now I have issues with how to deal with adversity, complications and when someone doesn't treat me like the most important issue arising in their tiny little lives?" People we run across with a so-called "Explosive Disorder" usually get their asses kicked, pepper sprayed and if we're really lucky to have one around, TASERed. It seems to cure most of them and we rarely see repeat incidents.
• And speaking of "Explosive Disorder" and media people who often take a "holier than thou" attitude, here's a WGN reporter convicted of Battery in a fight over a parking space.
