They will never address the fact that coppers are looking for unsafe drivers, moving violations and poorly maintained vehicles to make the roads safe for everyone. They'll never take into consideration the makeup of the neighborhoods in which traffic stops are made. They're just interested in scoring points off of cops and painting us all with the same brush.

Actually not EVERYTHING you wrote was completely sarcastic. The study does in fact show that Whites were stopped nearly 2 million times, or 68 percent of the total stops in Illinios. But non-whites stops made up only 32 percent of total.
Even a Chicago public school student could tell ya that 68 is a bigger number than 32. But the liberal media spin is all about that smaller percentage. Anybody surprised?

White people pay there tickets off. They don't work SWAP. And every stop will not be a TVB. It's all about the MONEY!
Each district is supposed to get a laser unit or two, officers were trained in their use a few weeks ago.

Doesn't sound like evening out the stops, maybe just that they will be used in districts like 016, 017, 022, 008 etc....Remember, 011 is busy "being the real police" and traffic is below most of the copper's talents or so they think.,.. I would gladly take a laser and help pass the time...

Why are more tickets issued in minority areas simple there are more police in minority areas. minority leaders call for more police service in there crime filled neighborhoods so they get more police more police means more traffic stops meaning more tickets. I wish we had more traffic stops in my neighborhood and more tickets being written maybe we wouldn't have people coming from outside the area to commit robberies if we had enough police to enforce traffic laws and do street stops.

Let me clue you in on the laser (speed gun) now in use in the 016th district's pilot program. 016 now leads the city in traffic deaths. The vehicle accidents here are hugh with devistating injuries, mostly due to speed. (and it's everybody speeding, not just the Euro-trash) Now keep in mind about 3,000 officers live in the 016th district. Theses are your family members who drive these streets carefully and obey traffic laws. It's the speeder who blows the light or whatever who puts your family member or YOU at risk of being t-boned, mamed or killed.
Only six officer were trained, two from each watch for now. These guys have written about 300 quality speeders and about 50 additional citations from the orginial stop since the second week in September. The fastest speeder was Saturday afternoon on Cumberland Ave. Stanley on his crotch rocket was lasered at 105 mph and was subsenquently arrested. How would you like this asshole slamming into your personal car with your family inside?
Anyway, this program so far is a hugh success and talk is to now expand it to all 25 districts. There are a bunch of officers in the academy now being trained by N.W. Traffic Institute to teach p/o's back in the districts when the program gets rolling.
As for the 011th district or anywhere else, these speeders are and have become more dangerous that an asshole with a loaded gun taking pot shots down the street.

Give everyone a radar. That is one thing I admire about the suburbs. They enforce the traffic laws. We suck at it. I can sit in a marked car at a stop sign and be lucky if every 5th car actually stops. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A ROLLING STOP! I am to blame just as much as the next guy. I would always rather get my heads than tickets, but would hammer a few nitwits when told my tickets were low. Traffic is the best probable cause.... With that being said, we should enforce every traffic law and stop beiig lazy and giving the breaks to the shitheads. You know you all do it. That pisses me off. Just write the shitheads. Don't write the poor guy that actually has a license and insurance unless he/she is an ass. Give them a break and write the motherfuckers that don't have a DL or insurance, ganag bangers, past/current/future offenders, etc. I hate that most of CPD would rather hammer joe citizen that is legit than hammer the shithead and actually have to do a fucking TVB. Make tem post a fucking bond. I pay about 1200 a year for insurance and I have never had an accident and no tickets. In a civilized district, 019, 023, 020, etc... you observe a vehicle fail to stop for a solid red signal. You stop said vehicle, ask for license and insurance, both of which are valid. You proceed to issue a citation.
Scenario #2
You are working in 007, 011, etc...
You observe a vehicle fail to stop for a solid red signal. You stop said vehicle. The driver is not able to provide a valid driver's license or proof of insurance. Now you hear another unit asking for assist units. What do you do? Are you going in with a TVB? Or is it going to be a 19P?
Scenario #2 doesn't happen as often as you would have most believe, I worked in 011 and now citywide, most times there is plenty of time to do a tvb, it's laziness, i'm as guilty of it as the next but i wouldn't write the guy with the license and insurance unless he was acting like a jag or there was an accident; a guy with a valid license and insurance always got a play from me and my partners, there are too many jagoffs driving without license that continue to do it because we are so lax in our traffic enforcement, especially in the fast districts, that's why it always amazes me when they start complaining about racial profiling etc, more breaks are given then not, and that's a fact. Maybe they should do a pilot program and let us do I-bonds from teh street and just tow the car unless the person wants to post cash, maybe that would take some of the burden off of the guys having to take a guy in to bond.

No it doesn't.
Helicopter: I heard it has night vision, heat sensors and a huge spot light. And yes, it's only up during 2nd watch.
Do like I'm doing and everyone else I know in my district, lie on the traffic stop surveys... hell ive stopped 5 pacific islanders last week... big brother isn't going to get me for making traffic stops. I can't even make a routine traffic stop without worrying about being questioned down the road for being racist!
We owe the traffic stop survey to Osama Obama. He's a total racist but tried to come across as the clean cut professor. that was his sole accomplishment in Il. All in all just another dem. liberal hack.
