Second, they post that firearms qualification for revolver shooters is temporarily suspended....Fucking useless assholes. THEY FUCKING CITY RAN OUT OF BULLETS!!!! Yes. The 2nd largest police department in the United States ran out of amunition for revolvers when they know exactly how many members of this department still carry revolvers as their primary weapon or have to qualify because they never officially switched. How fucking pathetic. No problem for the FOP though I guess, as long as they keep fleecing their members and getting their big paychecks...
