In 2002, Rachelle Jackson rushed to the aid of two female police officers who were involved in a serious auto accident on the South Side.
In the midst of the crisis, a bystander stole one of the officer's gun, and the police accused Jackson of being involved.
If we recall, Jackson was positively identified as being one of the persons who held the officer in a full-nelson while she was disarmed. And a relative of hers, possibly an uncle, eventually confessed to where the officer's gun was hidden.

"most of [her] claims were false"? Wouldn't that indicate a preponderance of evidence that the plaintiff's entire story was full of shit?

We had a union meeting today after roll call. There were several problems with the meeting one being the fact that the supervisors stayed in the room during the meeting. The one thing that was really wrong is that the meeting seemed to me like foreplay the kissing before the fucking.
Oh how i hate this city and the jury's. I can not wait to get out of here. They take a shit heads word against a cops anyday.

SCC, the defendant in the lawsuit against the city is the city, so the city's claims were mostly false. This POS female was the defendant in the criminal case but the plaintiff in the ghetto lottery civil case. Either the coppers testimony was weak or simply another case of Crook County jury having it out for Da Man.
I thought that if you got caught in ONE lie while in court, they throw the book at you. No settlement and you get some jail time. Oh wait, that's right, they only do that to coppers.
So if it is now a matter of court records that the judges stated that he believes the plaintiffs story to be "mostly" lies, doesn't the copper involved have legal ground to sue for defamation of character?

castillo is a federal judge. i'm going to assume he was appointed during the clinton administartion. to all the idiot moderate voters who voted for obama, remember he will be appointing idiot liberal judges like this moron to appelate courts and more importantly to the supreme court. ruth bader ginsburg has been sick for cancer for more than a year. shes been holding on so obama can appoint the next ultra liberal female supreme court justice.
