Save Us Aunt Bea! Save Us!
Seriously? How could anyone type this with a straight face?
- AUNT BEA is at it again.
She related that she knows Daley will not be extending J-Fed's contract after he embarrassed the Mayor with the Lopez fiasco last week.
Aunt Bea said her way to the "Top Spot" is through Masters, adding she knows how to "use him". Aunt Bea said she only wants the position for one or two years then retire, relating that she needs to fix what Weis and Masters fucked up, "right the wrongs!"
Through Masters? Masters has been the "brilliant mind" behind every recent screw up. And we still can't get a straight answer about the Training Records and his carrying weapons. Given Bea's history of not knowing what the hell is going on in her own investment properties, we really can't see her getting the nod for the top spot.

Nothing more than inconsequential words and actions from a desperate woman who has nary a clue.
Such behavior is indicative of paranoia. Hopefully, such paranoia has real origins - perhaps of a federal nature?
Just because someone anonymously types it, doesn't make it true.
I've met Bea once and she was decent, and I've seen her stupid performance at the Weis city hall inquisition, read about her kid's doper boyfriend and her dumb ideas for the Department. I don't really care about her, one way or another.
But these couple of posts, pitting her against Masters., etc., seem to be a priceless way to undermine someone. Can't you just hear it? "Hey, Bea, come in here a minute. I just wanted to ask you about this post on SCC last night. Uh, close the door."
And what any number of gaffes and mis-steps couldn't accomplish, a couple of posts on SCC do. And, poof, she's gone. Brilliant!
What a waste of an opportunity, though. The guy should have posted what he supposedly 'overheard' Weis saying about Daley.
SCC, you are obviously soooo misinformed! I have it on good authority that Masters has stated repeatedly and even submitted in writing that his sole (and completely selfless) mission is to 'bring this Dept. into the 021st century.'
And to hear him tell it at quaint little dinners thrown in his honor by the Ivy League college crowd, his small clique of friends in better paying jobs are quite impressed.
He's even gone out and obtained his 'sworn papers' so he can further impress his friends with his Glock
prominently bulging under those ill fitting suits of his. Saw him the other day in one that appeared to have been bought from the Boys Dept. at Sears. Maybe a fashion reporter at Crain's can show him where to shop.

If you are on SWAT now? Leave before he gets there. He has fucked over more cops then I care to mention. Swat was a good gig until Ray Ray gets there.

I would not be surprised, but rather shocked, if a women is not named as the next superintendent, and just prior to the next mayoral election. And, a female minority. If Aunt Bea does get the nod, she will have the distincton of never passing a promotional examination and being merit promoted up through all of the ranks. What talent!!

Masters must go,but hopefully the great Patrick Fitzgerald will make a huge strike on all the jags at city hall that are filling their pockets with "our" cash! we'll see....J-Fed could probably stay, at a lower salary; if he leaves, or if shortshanks throws him under the bus, the barmaid would be a perfect replacement: the right last name, "the first female...!", etc. Shortshanks and Masters would stil run it...

It would be a good trick to go from the 19th century directly into the 21st century in one giant leap. That is about how backwards this department is. I am so glad I don't have much time left here. Just finishing out the run. For years I hoped that somehow the CPD would be better off when I left than when I came on but sadly this seems not to be the case.
We need another clean sweep. This time get rid of all the garbage at the top and not in the middle. See how they like that shit!
At this point, I don't care who "rights the wrongs". I just know that someone needs to.
I would say if she is even considered, Mayor Daley is dumber than we all thought! She is too stupid for words. She was a merit everything and whats bad is she is too stupid to try and play it off! I call her Bea Gump!

The more I read about Weis, Daley, Masters, Bea, and H.P., the more convinced I am that crack is the answer.
