City Stickers

That time of year again, but half-a-month later than usual, thanks to the wonderful world of connected low-bid contracts for poor quality workmanship.

And although there aren't any inspectors (maybe there's one) left to gig you in the parking lot, don't give the city the easy one. Daley has proven he can't be trusted with our tax dollars. No need to give him any more than usual.

Just a reminder.

There are no more street inspectors left. TOO much other stuff to care about. Like playing W.C. when the unpaid furlo day comes up. Gotta cover their ass.

I heard BigBird was back as a civilian doing his old job.

What an asshole. Is he going to write up male coppers for having their hair too long when his is longer?

And once again I will not take a dime from the citizens in the form of city sticker tickets. Until this city and police department get new leadership, I do nothing.

I spoke to big bird personally.

It's NOT true about him being hired back as a civilian.

He's enjoying his retirement.

I am telling all of you right now how elated I am not paying King Richard for that damn city sticker. One hundred and eighty dollars because King Richard doesn't want pickup trucks on the streets of his kingdom! A pickup truck that weighs less than a full size car!

I retired last year and I'm rejoicing that I can tear up that application and throw it in the garbage! I moved out of Chicago, but I still maintain the Chicago address on my truck registration: Just to piss King Richard off. No city stickers where I'm livin' now!
I can't wait to get the letter from Del Valle (the City Clerk) tellin' me I'm delinqent. Man, I'm gonna put a few choice words on that letter and mail it to the fifth floor at City Hall! It's great to be retired!

Safe and secure to all the warriors who protect us!

I wouldn't hit the police first, but screw all these people who can't be bothered to get a sticker. I have no sympathy for people who get this ticket. Fuck 'em.

I mailed the two vehicle license applications two months ago. Still waiting for same. I called the city clerk's office and was informed they must have been lost in the mail. When all else fails blame the post office !!!!!

I swear, when I first read of the no-stick stickers, I thought "I wonder whose nephew owns a printing company?"

I finally put mine on this past weekend. Funny thing...the old one I was able to peel off completely intact, which I should not have been able to do. So the adhesive problem is older than they say.

Nope.......Fire Department and Hospital Lots...

Why are units in 18 and 19 and 23 Currently issuing City Sticker Tickets? Or did they forget there was an Extended Grace Period from the Clerks office?

Also heard from a CFD Lt, that they were watching CPD issue RPP violations, and the Clerks office Suspended issuance of that violation as well until 8/1.

Talk to your fellow office in those districts........There is talk of having parker Books Removed from those police Districts due to incompetent writing.

OT: So Downtown Ernie Brown says that supervisors can't drive the Tahoes. Does that dope understand that the reason why they were bought in the first place was so that sergeants could carry the ballistic shield and other equipment? How about somebody in charge of patrol who actually knows what patrol does?

O/T

Is it true that tinted windows are now legal if they are 35% all around?

I know before it could only be the rear window and the back passenger windows,
