Question for Bottom Feeding Lawyers

Someone want to explain how there can be "independent witnesses" for the police killing a convicted felon with a gun on a CTA platform, but when a Chicago cop gets killed in front of his home and a reward of $140,000 is offered, no one can be bothered to see shit? Do the lawyers offer "points" like Hollywood offers movie stars?

We were just curious.

Don't you know all the police are crooks and the citizens need to tell on us. It's similar to the old CTA bus accident. The accident happens and the next thing you know, there are 35 people on the previously empty bus.

When have you ever heard about a lawyer being arrested for any of their misdeeds? It doesn't happen, ever. They can, and do, do whatever with no fear of prosecution.

Coach witnesses, suborn perjury? All in a days work. Never a prosecution. It's no wonder we all hate them.

SCC, a lawsuit was filed yesterday by a lawyer for George Lash's family against the city and the officers who shot Mr. Lash. You should do a little digging and find out which alderman, who is trying to curry favor with the police and is mulling a run for mayor, is financially tied to the attorney who represents Lash's family. The alderman has also sued the city and police during his career.

To the unpublished asshat:

We didn't blame the lawyers you reading-comprehension challenged moron. We asked how the bottom feeders manage to locate witnesses to a shooting whenever there's a hint of a payout by the city.

I remember when da' Kingfish asked Algonquin J. Calhoun Esq. the attorney, a legalese question.
It sorta went like this...

KINGFISH: "Algonquin, you went to law school. I gots this handed to me and it looks kinda legal-like.
What is it?"

ALGONQUIN:(pondering) "Hmmm, dere Kingfish it looks like a 'subpoena' you gots dere."

KINGFISH: "A subpeona? What's a subpeona dere Calhoun, is it serious?"

ALGONQUIN: "Lemme break it down for you Kingfish."
"First of all in the word 'subpeonas', we got the word...sub, which means... below."
"Is you follow'en me so far dere Kingfish?"

KINGFISH:(acknowledging) "Below, uh-huh."

ALGONQUIN: "Then we got us the word, 'peonas' and weese all know what dat is."
"So together, we gots 'sub' (below) and 'peonas.'
"Kingfish, it looks like dey got you by da balls!"

annon 9/23/10 3:06am. Actually I think you are wrong. Lawyers are arrested all the time and sent to prison. You see my friend, what is the common denominator of political corruption? A law license. Most of the convicted politicians (not all) in this state for example were at one time or another esteemed, brilliant practicing attorneys. Illinois probably has more imprisoned lawyers in Oxford than there are practicing attorneys in the Town of Oxford. This is true around the country. They ranged from ambulance chasing slimeballs to former prosecuting attorneys. But as power corrupts and aboslute power absolutely corrupts, they discover it more lucrative to steal from taxpayers rather than for example insurance companies. Insurance companies have a nasty habit of hiring their own sleezeball attorneys and fight back. The public on the other hand is too stupid to fight back. So stupid in fact taht we elect these scumbag lawyers to political office. So if you want to bring integrity to our system of government, we citizens must not elect anyone who holds or has held a law license because it really seems to be more of a license to steal than the old joke says. But I respectfully disagree to the comment have you ever heard of a lawyer being arrested for any of their misdeeds. I spot you the ball: not enough lawyers have been arrested for their misdeeds. Next time a lawyer gets in the grille of you cops, please, jack him or her up for the rest of us if you have the chance.

I like your volleyball reference and your even keel response. Now let me clarify my point. Lawyers do go to jail all the time when they get caught doing things your regular morally bankrupt scumbag just can't help but do. What they don't go to jail for is raping the criminal justice system and the civil courts.

I have yet to see an attorney charged with suborning perjury which they do on a regular basis. These thieves line their pockets with the taxpayers money with the assistance of the 4th Estate, the judges and the politicians. The citizens eat up the crap in the papers and don't realize it is their money the courts are handing over to these criminals and their equally criminal lawyers.

Out. Your serve.
