A 53-year-old man arrested more than 250 times was in custody again Thursday night, accused of trespassing at O'Hare International Airport, according to Chicago police.
Elijah Goodlett, whose last known address was on the 1000 block of North Central Avenue, was charged with criminal trespassing and soliciting unlawful business, both misdemeanors.
Goodlett was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. after trying to get travelers to let him carry their luggage.
Once again, the police are doing their jobs. The State's Attorney and judges aren't doing theirs.

I fear that we ain't seen nothing yet. Wait till the austerity programs kick in and they cut off social services in the city in an attempt to balance the budget.

If that isn't inspiration to get to the range and practice every now and again then I don't know what is. I made the mistake of reading a few of the comments. Amazingly one commenter wondered how the Police had wronged the offender to make him react so violently. Just shows that even with video some people will still find a way to blame the Police.

Boy they r kicking ass at that airport.Locking up all the piss buguard to chase ms.That is one area that should be privatized. Hire a 10.00 an hour guard to chase them out. You dont need all those Chicago Police there. Esp guys who are in their 30s and 40s. Id put them all back on the street. And I think the only people who deserve d2a pay or whatever the hell it is is swat.Not k9, not the mounted unit.They should get rid of that completely.And no copper should be writing parkers or doing traffic accident reports .Thats all shit a civilian can do.Unless tickets are warrented or an arrest.
How many coppers are off the street at any given time,for a bag of weed arrest,which should be a ticket.So we make $100.00 instead of losing 2 coppers off the street ,paying them to go to court,and housing the shithead. That nut-job at OHare who puts the club on "her" squad car is a top-knotch officer-she holds herself down for a whole tour on a "pretend" investigation, feeds the stray cats, shops at Sams Club for hours (while on duty with her unmarked squad) so you can see why she really needs that car....
