Enforcer Football
Big event this weekend:
- Hey SCC, we'd like to get the word out early this year if we could, so we can maximize our support. The CPD football team has a big game this weekend against CFD. It looks like the winner will play for the national championship, and CPD is looking to defend their trophy from last years game. This game, and the whole point of the season is fundraising for charity.
GAME DETAILS:
Sunday, 22May2011
1300 hr kickoff
St. Rita High School
8-10,000 people are expected, and Budweiser is a sponsor this year. Parking lot opens at 11 for tailgating. Come enjoy some good football for a great cause!

How did that blowhole JC get merit Sgt for being a coach on the football team?
We plan on bringing several of the restored CPD squads for display at the game this weekend just like we did last year. Come out and see them.
CFD 21 CPD 17,goodluck to all!
Did you guy's know Oprah is leaving, awe man! Now what...
Did the few suck holes on team Enforcer give McCarthy a jersey with his name on it yet? Or was it waiting for him in his office?
think id rather go to the dentist.
I'm going!
Had a great time last year it was a blast if you can make it go. Great football played by these guys
Its funny how such a special, huge event like this (where it benefits charity organizations eg; The Police Memorial) still has people taking potshots that have little to no relevence to the bigger picture). We are and always were our own worst enemy. Go Enforcers!

Brothers in blue? I'm glad I'm retired. Twenty years ago there was a thing called honor and fidelity towards each other.
off topic smoking a square by the pic nic table in 025, when all of a sudden, a bosses car pulls up, and out pops a 6'3 240 lb white lt. by the name of smeare. i got the hell out of there, but heard he wants a sit down with c.o. in regards to the beat tag injury and tac lt who does'nt want any pets in the station.
Don't hate douchebag if you aren't man enough to be out there don't disrespect these guys they are doing a great thing and raise a lot of money for the memorial. Knob!!
Busy CPD Sports weekend with Enforcers at home vs CFD. Soccer team is on the road in Philly. Good Luck to all CPD teams!
Wow!
This will be an awesome day.
Go out support a football team (if you don't like the police team then support the firemen!)
All the money goes to charity and hey, those firemen are all talking about kicking our asses. So, I'm going to support the guys with the guns!!!!
Will the game be on a cable access channel like last year? I'm working and would like to tape it. Does anyone know?
Scc- are comments being selectively deleted when they defend someone being attacked or are they lost in cyber space before you even see them? This has happened now on numerous occasions where I've "defended" someone by pointing out the jealousy and stupidity of our dept and the comment never gets posted. What gives?
Is G-Mack gonna play for the Enforcers like he played ball for NYPD's team? He played for them up until a few years back.

That is funny, because I saw a LT Schmear at Area 2 the other day when he was there to qualify. I was enjoy a smoke break at the pic-a-nic table, AND umbrella, we have at the Area 2 ( I believe it is the unofficial office of some super secret jump out boy unit) and I did not think that the LT was that big. In fact, he looked diminutive in nature but was a nice enough guy. He exchanged pleasantries with everyone as he was walking into Area 2 when somebody shouted "Once you go through those doors your life will be forever changed". Scmear chuckled and then said that "He was a fan of the New York football Giants" and "he can handle anything". He was tan, but not real tan like Camden, so I am not sure why they call him the Golden One.

YES Comcast will again be showing the game this year. Not sure if it will be on live or on tape delay. I was told it will be shown multiple times.
For those that talk about the game, the team or the guys that take the time to play, you all are a bunch of jagbags. Here are guys that are playing a sport they like to play, dedicate thier free time. Risk injury, do it for free, and are doing it for a GREAT CAUSE. CHARITY. St. Rita is also helping by making some very nice accomadations for this event and people are bashing it. STFU and don't go. But don't put down the players, coaches or fan.
The coppers will lose this year. They won on a bad call last year. It was the CFD 2nd game ever. Now the CFD has another year under thier belt & have a few new players.
The early line is CFD by 2 TD's

I do believe the game got picked up by NBC. Last year it was on comcast sports net.
He was tan, but not real tan like Camden, so I am not sure why they call him the Golden One.

ask the Keesing Bandit.
not a cop,
while CFD by 14 might be a good guess this year, i disagree with your assessment of last years game. i dont remember any "bad call" giving cpd the game, but i do remember the cpd ground game controlling the clock in the second half, resulting in a few scores and a victory.
one of the leagues best offenses vs one of the leagues best defenses. should be a good game, regardless of the outcome.
Left at half time, CPD losing 26-6. Nice day for a game though. Greg Olsen and Brian Urlacher on sidelines, meeting and greeting everyone. Class act those guys.
