So pretty much city wide i've been hearing that all the watch sizes have shrunk in size which is leading to a lot of unhappy pups.
People that were making the bids two years ago are not now and are actually getting bounced off watches.

All those officers had plenty of chances to bid to good districts while in their units. They thought so highly of themselves that they thought they could never be dumped. Then the agent made an astounding disclosure: The FBI was dropping pursuit of at least 10 other Will County suspects charged with murder, rape, child molestation and large-scale drug-trafficking.
As a result, efforts to capture those 11 fugitives were halted, even though authorities knew exactly where some of them were living in Mexico. Today, all of the suspects remain at large, the Tribune found.

Off Topic: A Commander has now come forward and revealed that he had been texted lewd pics by PO C.A. He stated that he though it was a joke but recently became nervous because of the Lake Forest Middle School principal who just lost his job for similar reasons. He revealed that C.A often asked him to meet her at a Lincoln Park bar even though he was married. This is turning into some real drama, but I guess there is more to come.
