Rahm Says Thanks
Did everyone check your e-mail Friday? Seems Rahm sent out a mass e-mail thanking everyone for their service during NATO.
Unfortunately, all Chicago Police Department members received an e-mail addressed to the Chicago Fire Department.
A corrected e-mail was sent out a bit later, and a side-by-side comparison shows pretty much no effort was taken to differentiate between the first responders.

A better thanks would be to FUND OUR PAID INTO PENSIONS RAHMBO! A good contract also would be "Change we could believe in!"

I read the first letter then emailed the address it came from (It said Emanuel) and asked why we got a fire department letter. No answer from the email but within ten minutes the corrected email came. Funny
We received a letter asking for "shared sacrifice" and suggestions on reducing our pensions.
After never getting promoted, lack of special DNA, and getting stuck working for clouted mutts throughout my career, I want every penny that I'm owed.
On numerous occasions I've had to babysit some clouted morons and was stuck doing their work in addition to mine.
I'm not a cop, but will support the CPD getting their full promised pension benefits. We're all in the same boat and the enemies are the untouchable political class.

He and his minions have been down in springfield with mikey madigan looking at more ways to loot the pensions. To think also he has cpd detail who kiss his ass for D-3 pay and D-3 pensions they think they will get!
Somebody hand him a bottle of slightly chilled Vintage 'Ought-Nine water that the NATO troops were given and ask him to drink it. Tell him what it is and see his reaction.
(I bet someone will be given an order to destroy all remaining stockpiles of that nasty tasting stuff.)
