CeaseFire Political Contributions
Follow the money and look what you find:
- SCC, please make this one of your posts... ...since the mainstream media NOW COMPETES with you on breaking stories.
A comment appears a few days back mentioned the campaign contributions of CeaseFire founder-- Gary Slutkin
Follow the money, it's a cycle.
Look at the names
Slutkin gets Fed & State money, and sends campaign contributions in return.

Madigan, Claypool, Rush, Obama. Multiple contributions over multiple years to the same cast of characters. And this is the person Rahm just gave a million dollars to? Curiouser and curiouser.

Rahms Emanuel giving cease fire $1 million dollars was a horrible decision.
This might be his fast and furious moment..
Evil thrives when good men do nothing to stop them.
Wow, speaking of money: Looking at the contributions to Rahm's campaign... ...over 200K in individual contributions from Kirland & Ellis law firm
That'll catch your attention if you were a politician

fuckin treasure chest bastard cocksuckers , fuck this shit hole.
Ah ha! Is this ME-TV, Memorex or a rerun of Richard Nixon's monetary donations to Jeff Fort repeating itself?
While "we" are supposed to learn something from Pre/K-12 social studies and college/university history courses, the same is obviously not required of politicians.
please explain why the mayor wont step forward, and tell the city residents about this. he sends g-mac to show how dumb he is, and the media nods. i think the mayor is scared to show he dont know what to do. all you folks that voted for him realize things are only going to get worse.
Rahm blows. He's so greasy now he should slide right out of town on it.

First of all they can not just violate the contract. Duty availability is pensionable so they have to pay it,do not listen to what some know it all lifetime patrolmen is telling you.

You mean like when Rahm didn't honor the teachers' contract for their raises? Don't put anything past that nine fingered fuck.
Democrat pond scum
One thing among many that makes us wonder (...well, not really) why The Police have been under such concentrated attack by the media and the criminal-political/phony charity gold coast & north shore BIG MONEY contributors to the 9.5 fingered, pirouetting, twirling & flouncing, short attention span shit-ass who was slid behind the levers of municipal power?
Some fuckers think it's their right to live to ripe old age and expire in soft beds with a live chamber music ensemble serenading their blissfully doped up asses into eternity while the "peed on peons" get to scream in pain and misery because they didn't work hard enough to steal millions.
Rotten mutherfuckers and you know who you are...
People can gnash their teeth and shit-talk until they bite their tongues and die of a ghastly infection as a result...
Who, if anyone; has the means and the institutional knowledge of the width and depth of Chicago media & political fuckery (now metastasized and murdering the fuck out of the national body politic and dooming this republic as we who have a vested interest in it know it) to expose it and possibly even fight it?
Heh... The good sheeple/citizens we lay it out to (don't fucking ask if you don't want the truth) put their fingers in their ears in the classic pose of denial in spite of naked, cloven-hoofed, fork-tailed, dick-swinging fact biting them in their asses... H.A.M by the way...
*LA-LA-LA! I DON'T WANNA HEAR YOU CUZ YOU SCARE ME! LA-LA-LA!*
We'll say it again as we have countless times before...
So goes The Chicago Police Department, thus goes the quality of life in this city...
Therefore?
Chicago IS a failed metropolis (and Illinois IS the first of the modern era Slave States) and the equivalent of a Potemkin Village built on a cemetery hewn out of a swamp.
The mayor and Police ceo (Superintendent is an honorific too far distant for those so diminished in character and stature to reach) shit-talk and spin in spite of the screaming, ghastly grinners percolating out of the ground in front of them like the Amityville horror movie.
The truth as the reasonable man with common sense would discern it.
Every check, balance and safe-guard has been gamed to keep a cabal of rotten, demo-trotsky motherfuckers in power.
Heh... Ya still think The Police are the enemy in all of this, good citizens?
Look around you... You SHOULD BE feeling ALL ALONE! If you had sense you would be scared out of your wits.
Help is coming from nowhere for no one.
Unless the people decide to set the proper course of correction.
...And all that it entails.
The Policeman didn't break it...
It's beyond The Policeman to fix it.
If The Policeman were so blessed with the ability, the people are conditioned to fight tooth and nail against it.
Heh... Viva Hate and an ass pocket full of event numbers but The Police will still roll when the call goes out...
Now, you understand why, except for fresh produce, I don't buy SHIT in Crookgago, I'LL.
Liquor, cigars, meats, clothing ...well, you get the picture, everything out of state or mail order.
Just another way of giving the public's money to their "politically correct liberal friends"
Rahm was a lying rat liberal in Washington, why would anyone think that he would be different in Chicago?
OT --
Emanuel's big "back in town, roll up my sleeves" show includes "tear down 200 abandoned apartment buildings."
The revs counted the take every Sunday and had their Cadillacs waxed down all these years -- "community leaders" too busy talking up the ladies and "managing they personal investments" to form a corporation and rehab this housing.
Good, good, destroy more potential rental housing stock. Tear it down. "Urban prairie," and switch off the street lighting too -- like Detroit is starting to do.
They probably would have just stolen any money they got anyway, and the buildings would still be abandoned.
Maybe it was in their interest to leave it as a working dope spot?
I'm still laughing at the one who fooled well-meaning white church-group labor from Iowa into coming in and playing at "tearing down an abandoned motel" -- little girls with brooms, for God's sake -- while all the 19-year-old muscle in the neighborhood was busy on the ball court, busy leaning in cars that come and stop, and couldn't be bothered with that foolishness.
Now all he needs is someone to give him $20 million to build another "community center" for people to hang in front of all day and break in and steal the TVs and stuff at night.
Back door is open. Squad, can we get the dogs over here?

You mean like when Rahm didn't honor the teachers' contract for their raises? Don't put anything past that nine fingered fuck.
7/09/2012 06:48:00 AM
*******
Teaches had a clause in their contract allowing the city to cancel a pay raise if the city declared that they couldn't pay it. The city took advantage of it. They cannot do the same with us because we have no such clause.
I love it.
The real tax rate on the middle class is 85%, 25% Federal, 6.25 % state, social security and medicare 15% (even though half is paid by your employer, it's less they can give to you), healthcare insurance 15% (Supreme Court says so), property tax another 10-15%, sales tax 10%, and these assholes are giving money away left and right to their buddies so it can be funneled right back to them.
I'm so glad I can work for my 14% they deem the peasants can keep.
Who is John Galt?
The best Ceasefire arrest of them all was the vicious Ceasefire savage that got arrested up in the 020TH District back in August of 2011 ( maybe around 15AUG11 ) for Armed Robbery. He robbed and pistol whipped some poor Asian woman. From what I understand, he couldn't tell the arresting officers fast enough that he worked for Ceasefire. The savage has multiple convictions for Robbery of a Senior Citizen, Aggrevated Vehicular Hijacking, and Armed Robbery. He's now facing a natural to life sentence in prison. Is anyone going to stop this Ceasefire madness ? Hello, anyone ? Bill O'Reilly ? Fox News ? The Reader ? Anyone ? Bueller ? Freedom of Information Act ?
hire police and open bids..mcfruitcake
how come 4500 unit dont answer job?their useless..same people who signed up are the same people who complained about tru and msf not answering jobs.

Unfortunately the CPS contract was honored. It was written in the contract for some reason that the City could not give out the raise of they do not think the have theoney for it. Not the exact wording of the clause but it was in there.
Box Chevy Phantom,
getting deep, heh?
people losing there jobs and homes, the city's finances are a mess and this fucking asshole gets $1 mil (I mean the Mexican cartels)
look for drugs to be flooding the streets soon.
Teo and his boys (the top gang leaders from each gang) are going to be making some serious money now
Will someone please do a well being check on Jesse Jackson Jr his constituents are concerned.
And while we're at it when was the last time hizz honor was seen in public?

It's for the children.

==================================
If you give a $200K donation do you give it out of the goodness of your heart or do you expect something in return?
If a company/corporation has that kind of money to throw around why would they choose to give it away to someone with nothing in return as opposed to giving it to their own employees working for them?
Must be some new laws on the table that will generate millions of dollars in court cost...maybe even another US constitutional challenge eh you never know.
Rahm is cut from the same cloth as these corrupt scum. Same corrupt crew running Illinois into the ground from decades! Sad and shamfull!
♫ Dit-dit-dit-dit-dah Hollywood.
I have no proof of any connection I just find it ironic that the city hands out $1 million dollars to this Cease Fire organization and the next thing ya know we have mobs of ex-cons that are on parole riding around in white stretch limos playing Hollywood film maker while videotaping their jump out boys breaking peoples jaws in Lakeview

The weight of the city's violence, on one school principal
A principal reflects on the last 13 months: 27 current or former students shot, 8 dead.
...You hear about the bullets that find the kids. Kids shot on the block where they live. Kids shot on the way to school. Kids shot while they play.
SANDERS: Basically I do come to all the funerals.
Leonetta Sanders is principal at Harper High School in the Englewood neighborhood. But on this day, she’s also a mourner, one of hundreds overflowing a little church at 88th and Hermitage. She is wearing a bright orange shirt, the color of lilies and popsicles.
One floor above us, in the sanctuary, the casket is covered with flowers. Shakaki Asphy was 16, just finished sophomore year, a girl who loved basketball and playing the drums. She was shot on a porch talking to friends.
...Principals think about numbers all the time. Test scores and attendance and dropout rates. This year, Sanders is counting funerals, too.
SANDERS: It would be eight total, with current and former students.
Sometimes, she cannot even get to the funeral, before the next gun comes out.
SANDERS: We are literally picking up students in the morning in our own cars and bringing them to school because they cannot walk through certain areas. Yesterday morning for example I had a student walking down Wood from 63rd to 65th, and he was shot at. He was shot at—yesterday morning.
Sanders sometimes dreams she could pick up her whole school and plunk it down a few blocks away, so she could get Harper High out of these raging gang wars.
SANDERS: Starting last June I started a binder, known as the Harper High School Victim and Offenders Binder. One day after—and I can’t remember which incident—I just started a list….
LaMont Goggins, Marcus Nunn, Deondre Alexander, Cedric Bell, Sergio Penex, Brian O’Neill, Darius Farley...
Sanders’ list stretches across two sheets of paper. It’s 27 names total, all current or former Harper students. Nineteen shot. Eight dead. One school year.
Near each student’s name, Sanders marks down gang affiliations if she knows of any, or details about the death. Like “shot sitting on porch.”
Damary Ward, Jaw Gresham, Kajota Sanders, Raymond Fuller...
SANDERS: As I wrote the list, tears just ran down my face. Because it’s different when you see it like this. When you see the total number of students in one high school that have been affected by gun violence.
Deshaun McKinney, Dartanyon Stevenson, Kamal Brown, Treshawn Thomas, Excel Moore…
SANDERS: And I sit back and I just say, Wow. Is anyone else looking at this data? Because every couple of weeks I’m adding another name.
Dashon Mapp, Jamal Wiley, Paris Smith...
Then she had to add Shakaki Asphy’s name.
SANDERS: With Shakaki’s death, a lot of staff members broke down. I found out Sunday morning at like 7:45 when they called me. I was getting ready for church, and I couldn’t even go, because I broke down the whole day. I had to call my psychologist and my social worker, because I didn’t think I could continue this work.
Basically, Sanders’ school is in a war zone.

Teachers now suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. Yeah World Class baby, World Class.
Maybe she should seek help at the local mental health clinic. But wait. The mayor shut those down to enable the $100 million dollar tax breaks for the CME, Motorola and Sears, etc... So much for all that "it's for the children" crap.

Hi city hall. By the way, you guys can suck it. You know you can afford it. You find money for all kinds of other shit. Now go get your shine box.
Have been reading this blog for awhile.. what I do find interesting is that it's taken so long for the DOTS to be connected here.. one DOT that no one has thought of is the result that they are looking for.. by they I mean the PROGRESSIVE LEFT.. THINK about it..who said "NEVER let a good crisis go to waste"??? GOOD OLD RAHM.. and he also believes IF there's NOT one CREATE one.. than you can do things the way you WANT to do them.. and that's just what this is heading for..Save for a few states that will NOT join in (mainly because they aren't run by DEMOCRATS).. BUT .. IF all hell breaks loose look for Obama to declare MARSHAL LAW .. right before the election(?)..think Daley stepping down a mere 3 months after Obama and Rahm met with him is not strange?..Rahm would have won the election without even campaigning.. it was all arranged.. I called that one as soon as Daley announced his retirement.. bet he made GOOD money to GET OUT OF CHICAGO.. IF NOVEMBER doesn't go Obama's way better hope for a early snow storm or it's going to make this summer look like it was peaceful.. IF the left can get people out on the protest lines for $8 and hour when they have NO CLUE to why they are protesting.. just think of the damage they can do if paid $15 an hour and have a half baked idea of why..and DON'T put it past these politicians..
Will someone please do a well being check on Jesse Jackson Jr his constituents are concerned.

5 million for buildings and gang bangers but they still wont pay their share of what they owe our pension

Does anyone have any idea who the law firm is that the City is using in its gun rights denial fights?
How much money are they making?
[...] BUT .. IF all hell breaks loose look for Obama to declare MARSHAL LAW .. right before the election(?) [...]
This would tie in "nicely", with Obama's domestic terrorist law. :(
7/09/2012 02:24:00 PM, thanks for speaking the truth!
"Now all he needs is someone to give him $20 million to build another "community center" for people to hang in front of all day and break in and steal the TVs and stuff at night."

This character has the means to take some months and walk across the United States -- big radio report today "as he walked through Elburn, Indiana, the birthplace of the Klan" -- did you know that? -- "and everyone waved and blew horns and fell all over themselves giving him money."
It's "to stop the shooting" now.
Up on the roof in a tent to get attention, now this.
We are in a depression. This is the flagpole-sitting, the marathon dancing, etc. -- the other desperate stunts that you saw back then, too.
Oh -- he seems to be walking from east to west. People doing this trip have generally chosen to go from west to east, to keep the prevailing wind at their back.
What do I know...

Not sure how much they make but they have about 600 partners nationwide. The AVERAGE salary for a partner at that firm is 1.36 million dollars. They take in a whole shitload of money. 200K is the coffee fund for them.
