And Another "Duh!" Moment!
Someone must have delayed the latest shipment of kool-aid. That must be the only reason the Tribune actually published this article:
- The reputed gang member accused of gunning down 15-year-old Hadiya Pendleton last month was on the street even though he had been arrested three times in connection with break-ins and trespassing while on probation for a weapons conviction in recent months, the Tribune has learned.
In two of those arrests, including one just 2 1/2 months ago, Cook County probation officials failed to notify prosecutors or the judge that Michael Ward had been arrested on the new misdemeanor charges and allegedly violated his probation.
The head of the county's probation department acknowledged Monday that his office fell short in its responsibilities and vowed to find out what went wrong.
"There should have been a violation filed, but for some reason there was not," said Jesus Reyes, director of the Cook County Adult Probation Department. "Absolutely, we will investigate."
As Longfellow Deeds once said, "Bu-bu-bu-bullshit."
We have written who knows how many posts about people who should have been behind bars for years according to simple math, yet they are out shooting and killing at an astounding rate. Our comment sections are littered with posts about shooters, killers, rapists and burglars who are free, doing the same old thing. Any working copper has a firsthand story about calling IDOC or Adult Probation for a parole violation and being given a name and a refusal for the report. It's endemic.
But now that someone killed an actual honor student from the ghetto, someone with a decent future and real potential, an uncomfortable spotlight is being shined on the joke that is Cook County "justice" and Illinois' woeful lack of real prison time for real crime, all in the name of catering to the steadily democratic voting underclass.
Jesus Reyes - welcome to Scapesgoat-ville. Population - YOU.

What's this Bullsh%#!
Mayor Rahm Emanuel has forged an agreement with the union representing Chicago Police sergeants on contract and pension issues that threatens to undermine the costlier demands that the Fraternal Order of Police has made on behalf of rank-and-file officers.
Jim Ade, president of the Chicago Police Sergeants Association, announced the surprise agreement in a weekend e-mail to his members without specifying the terms.
City Hall sources confirmed that an agreement with the sergeants has been reached that includes a modest annual pay raise in the 2 percent range — far short of the 12 percent over two years that the FOP has demanded.
The agreement also includes pension reform.
“It’s proof that, when unions and management sit down and look at the reality of the situation, we can come to an agreement,” said a source close to the negotiations.
Ade could not be reached for comment. In his weekend e-mail to the troops, Ade said the contract “addresses the concerns” that his members have communicated in e-mails, phone calls and personal conversations.
Don't they still have to vote on it? If they vote yes on this, it will be one of the biggest sell outs in CPD history. Agreeing to this while we are still in negotiations undermines the whole process. Hope this isn't true, or if it is, the rank and file vote this crap down. This definitely needs it's own thread SCC.
The Probation Dept or Sheriff doesnt have time to violate repeat offenders, theyre too busy promoting the Burke and Sheahan kids with FAT raises each step...
BINGO!!!! "What we'll do is make another law"
Yet, somehow it's the gun's fault and civilian disarmament must proceed to protect the children. Who will protect the children from corrupt and bumbling bureaucrats?

a cook county judge made a comment to the media yesterday which basically sums it all up--- we have to look at the cost to the taxpayers for incarceration of offenders--- so now our judges are also accountants--- we have all heard about a judge on the bench being given a daily number on how many people he can put in custody on any particular day--- we have all sat through probable cause hearings where these guys walk out of court with a smile on their face and they are guilty as shit--- now a bright young life was snuffed out by a thug who has repeatedly violated his probation and was not remanded into custody--- the finger pointing is just beginning but this is business as usual in our county kangaroo court....

Gotta love that one! Why does the judge even get to choose? Imagine if it read like this instead...
Bob Loeb, a veteran criminal defense attorney and former county prosecutor, said many police officers are reluctant to clog up their tour with disturbance calls
unfortunately, the problem of weak and ineffective prosecution in illinois is not going to be the story that's told....
it's those nasty guns.
they're responsible for turning offenders into repeat offenders right?
Movenin on up to the east side wees just won the getto lottery tanks to the county!
They are going to investigate...my ass...they do this evbery fucking day. We arrest these guys every day and everyday the say the same thing, "No violation." What a joke....
I'm now retired, but there used to be a arrest record sheet along with the court papers, has this changed? or is the states attorney just too lazy to look at the files?
No gun, no conviction. Yhe way of Cool County.
Meanwhile Rahm wants more jail time for so called gun offenders. Why?The ghetto criminal will only do part of his time anyway.
Building more jails and prisons create jobs too!
If Chicago/Cook County et al. would only include in their hiring practices the prerequisite, 'qualified' instead of 'connected' this could have been avoided.
The incompetence is rampant but not one head will roll and no one will be fired. Too many clout heavy jag offs in all areas of the judicial system.
Anybody else notice that we are basically just a country of never-ending government fuck-ups? From this incident to Benghazi to thousands of other screw ups - the lame excuse is always, "we will learn from this and do better next time". Always "next time".
Northsiders may be more able to recognize this concept because of our own self delusional practices (wait til next year) in being Cubs fans.
NC
Just saw Dick Durbin on the news commenting on gun control. He then referred to Chucks gun shop in "Riverside" .Chucks is actually in Riverdale.Another clueless Illinois politician talking out his ass.
And all that might come out of it is "take the guns away".
Well, the DEMOCRAT MACHINE appoints all judges, supervising state's attys, and supervising probation officers....guess who is really at fault
Kind of sad that the only reason this is being brought to media attention is because she went to Barry's event and this shooting happened in Barry's neighborhood. Otherwise, I'm not sure we'd hear as much...
Meanwhile back in the "ghetto"....
the Assault / too many rounds of ammo magazine capacity / handgun
is still out and about killing more honor students
alone ALL BY ITSELF.
Where's the remorse Mookie ???
Gang loyality more important than your life in prison?
Oh , right, maybe the county prisons also can't control or publically acknowledge a GANG problem
gang gang gang gang gang
anyone in the media ever get it?
it's NOT THE GUNS
Jesus says he will investigate.
Don't forget to mention the joke that is Juvenile Court.......the kinder, gentler juvenile court. Many of these kids are so gone before they even get here, with mothers having them selling drugs or putting them on medication to collect SSI. Government cannot do what families can do - tough love.
See John Fountain's recent column in the Times for a walk down that memory lane in re: to his aunt.
Hey SCC how bout the new career path the Superintendent has created. Look it up in the Compstat summaries. He said right out the he created a new career path for officers and that commanders should not hold them back from being selected for these new teams. supposedly this new career path will lead to assignments to units. I almost fell off the chair when I read this, a new career path that will lead to assignment to specialized units. Hum mm what sa y you SC or for that matter FOP?
Go to bureau sites and click on CPIC then in upper rt corner click on Compstat and click on the last 2 meetings and you will find it in the summary of the meeting. A new career path brought to you solely by rhe Superintendent, WOW........
.......and since when can someone shoot somebody in the city of Chicago, get caught and then face no charges AT ALL because the victim won't co-operate? ala this Williams/Ward business. Was a gun recovered in that case?
What am I missing?
Nothing will change though. They'll blame the guns. Stupid stupid politicians...... Stupid stupid tax paying voters.
Try private industry, Jesus. It is your next stop.
With most cases, this would stop here. This case is a real heater.
His oversight will not be forgotten.
The revolving door can stop. turn these cases over to the US Attorney and trigger lock their fucking asses..... mandatory minimum is some prison 400+ miles from here? That will solve the problem for a while.
Ok so I take it judges will stop taking contributions by these corrupted lawyers firms which conduct behind the scenes agreements...why only guns, keep in mind in many, many occasions when theres guns theres also dope! its amazing how many good cases get tossed in court for "BS". I'm not talking about your ounce of weed or crack/cocaine i'm talking about cases where theres been 4 to 10 lbs...of weed or plus or large amounts of cocaine cases as well. Listen no case of this magnitude should get a bench trial or should not get tossed at pc court. It sounds fishy to us when these good cases never make it to a jury trial because the obvious behind the scenes scams have occured and shithead walks away with a smile. Remember many of the gun cases occur because of the dope game and everyone is out to take another out for that particular spot. Stop giving us bullshit excuses why cases get drop in court. Just be forward an tell me that this particular firm contributes thousands to your particular position. Dont give me some bullshit excuse that po's did not have pc!
Not just A bus, but a spot in front of Jefferson Park, and a whole fleet of busses. Thump thump thump. But so what you're probably a political apointee anyway.
I'm a PO with 27 years. There is no money for our Justice system. Never mind crime because it pays and keeps the savages happy. No money for prisons and prison guards. Drugs and drug dealers are good for the economy, it keeps the savages employed. The politicians can always bullshit there way out of controversy, and the liberal press backs them. It's the way it is. You don't have to be a political scientist or criminologist to figure this all out. And we are at the bottom of the list. So be careful out there, dont get hurt when nobody really cares!!!!!
Does this really surprise anyone? Come on this is cook county ya know.
I think he is a part of the too many black men are in prison probation program implemented by Toni Prekwinkle. It's our fault that he murdered her. Shame on us.
When is someone goin to sue these fuckers for letting these animals go. Quinn especially along with all the judges asa's. But then they want to blame the police for not doing their jobs , when its cook county and all the politicians. The revs and holy rollers are quiet now. Figures. F'in BEASTS.
Obviously a couple of Rhodes scholars, about to turn their lives around. Too bad Ramm-It's failed logic on assault weapons doesn't apply here. This is another glaring example of how Cook County's judicial system failure cost yet another innocent person their life.
Nothing will change. This will be swept under the rug in 5, 4 ,3 ,2 ,1 ...
"Alleged gunman in Hadiya Pendleton slaying was on probation for weapons conviction"
Rahm/McStreetlights got the heads up about this, and that's why they came out with the 'tougher sentencing' statement. They are sickening.
We lock of offenders everyday for offenses (misd and felony). You call to see if they are going to violate him and issue a parole violation and 95% of the time, the answer is NO. As for probation, seems like "everybody" is on probation these days because if you're LUCKY enough to have a Cook County Judge find somebody guilty, then end up getting sentence to probation or boot camp, no jail time. Then they go out and continue doing more crimes because they arent behind bars. If they get caught on a new charge (Misd or Felony), the courts simply slap them on the hand. Open your eyes people. You want to know the truth, talk to any working Chicago Cop! I welcome the idea of interested people sitting in the court room watching what happens. Shit, sit in the prelim courts and see what doesnt even get past the probable cause hearings. You'll be sickened for sure.

It's a total breakdown of the system, once they get into it.
The SA's office, the judges, state parole and probation.
How many times have we aggressively gone out and arrested these POS only to see them back doing there bullshit a month or two later, or see them hauled off for a 15 year sentence to have the POS make headlines 2 years later.....
Instead of pulling all the weapons for the good folks, put the heat on the above listed folks!

Cook County Jail is just full up with democRATS, just because they are democRATS. Toni Bowinkle sez so.
California is no better and has federal judges who insist on letting prisoners out of prison rather than see them crowded.
The probation officers who visited the kidnapper of Jaycee Dugard over 18 years and never looked in the back yard probably beat out the Chicago equivalent. She, and subsequently her children by the kidnapper, were living there all the time.
Juvenile is even worse. Most of the Youth only do a few months time and they probably live better in the IDJJ facilities than they do in their homes. And thanks to dopes like the John Howard Association it's impossible to actually punish them. Assault staff, that 2 hours you are in confinement is torture.
what was going on at belmont/clark this morning? that was the most cops Ive seen in one place outside of nato.
I know I have tried more than a few times to violate people on thier probation/parole, and was usually told if the new arrest wasn't a felony, they didn't care... So they reap what they sow.
O.T. Nice job by Lt Dickhead 20 tact to council another p.o. HIGHLAND • Debi Keeney says she last fired her gun 15 years ago, when she took shooting lessons.
The gun was a gift from a friend but it mostly stayed in a side-table drawer, she said, gathering dust. Then, early Sunday morning, Keeney pulled the trigger again — this time, she said, to save her sister’s life.
“I’m very grateful that it fired this morning,” she said Sunday afternoon.
Keeney, 55, said a man forced his way into her apartment in Highland, threw her to the floor and then put her sister, Donna Carlyle, 47, in a choke hold. He demanded money as Carlyle gasped for air.
“All I could see was Donna’s face going blue, like her life was being choked out of her,” said Keeney.
The alleged intruder, 33, was being treated at a hospital Sunday for two gunshot wounds and was listed in critical condition, police said. They have not released his name.
The incident occurred about 3:30 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 2600 block of Eagle Way in Highland. Keeney and Carlyle live next door to each other. Carlyle was visiting her sister’s apartment when the assault happened.
Highland Police Chief Terry Bell said Sunday that the man was shot twice and that police were still “piecing it together.” He added that he had no information to believe the man knew the women. Police for now are keeping the gun as evidence.
Keeney said she thought she only shot the man once with her gun, which she described as a five-shot, .22-caliber derringer. The first bullet she fired, she said, was supposed to be a warning shot.
Keeney also said neither she nor her sister knew the intruder.
“I have no idea where he came from or where he was going,” she said.
She had a clue something was wrong on Friday night, she said, when someone was heard going through the complex jiggling door knobs. She took the gun out from the drawer that night and laid it on top of the side table.
On Sunday afternoon, Keeney expressed some remorse but also pointed out that she felt she had no choice but to use the gun.
“I wish I hadn’t shot him,” she said. “I gave him an opportunity to leave. I wish he had left without me having to shoot him. ... I hate the idea that I had to pull that trigger.”
Still, she added, “Put in the same situation, I would do it again.”
***
Keeney says she was attacked after stepping outside her apartment to smoke a cigarette.
“As I was closing the door behind me, this really big man pushed his way through the door,” she recalled. “I started pushing back. ... He put one arm behind my arm and picked me up and threw me over my couch.”
The man then went behind a recliner, where her sister was sitting, and put Carlyle in a choke hold.
“He had her trapped like a rat,” Keeney said.
Carlyle said she was trying to dial 911 with a cellphone in her left hand while fighting for air with her right hand.
“When he was yanking me up, my feet were in the air,” Carlyle said. “It hurt so bad. I couldn’t lean forward. I could feel the air closing off. I couldn’t breathe at all.”
Keeney said she grabbed the gun — the side table is near the apartment door — and warned the man to let her sister go. He was demanding money, but Keeney said she and her sister both have multiple health problems and support themselves with disability benefits.
“We both were saying we don’t have any money,” she said. “If we would have had any money, we would have given it to him.”
Keeney says she then fired what she thought was a warning shot.
“I told him, ‘I’m going to shoot you if you don’t let her go,’ “ she recalled. “With that, I shot him in the back because he moved from behind the chair. He let her go. He took some steps toward me.”
The man fell to the floor, and Keeney stood over him, waiting for police to arrive.
“I was scared to death that he was going to kill my sister,” she said. “It was dark. He was a huge man, and it was 3-something in the morning.”

Another "Duh!" moment on top of many years of "Duh!" moments as reported by this blog.
Casting all bullshit aside...
This blog is THE ONLY SOURCE of uncut, unfiltered and mostly un-fucked with (in spite of the best efforts by Daley Inc., Rahm & Co. and the reeking/leaking anal-whore media) surveillance transcript into the goings-ons of the criminal-political & media apparatus.
That same apparatus is hell bent on seeing the last of the sore, grievously injured, wholly outnumbered and (illegitimately) defenseless middle-class tax payers run down on the streets and cannibalized by the armed forces of the Catered to Constituency, to whom this city has been given over to in it's entirety.
Enjoying much your indentured servitude?
Heh... Rahm and Sparkle-Farts wants your flat out slavery.
The real proof will be in who volunteers to get on the "Freight Trains to Nowhere" and who fights.
Rahm is betting his position and ill-gotten $18 million will spare him the indignity of both having to fight alongside the little people and being pushed onto the train.
Yes... He is a soulless and damp reptilian.
Remember the final but righteous comeuppance of "Papa Doc" Duvalier... 'Nuff said.
Merciful God only knows what they have in store for the Thinnest Blue Line ever tasked with trying to hold the line in the face of daunting odds, non-sensical, conflicting, insane and damn near suicidal orders, demands and directives that fly in the face of common sense and survival.
The powers that be depend on The Policeman's personal and career peril to make themselves seem so important and irreplaceable while The Policeman is wholly dispensible and not worthy of a second thought.
We say again... The Policeman didn't break "it."
It's way beyond the power of The Policeman to fix "it."
If The Police COULD fix "it," the powers would demand The Policeman have one hand tied firmly behind his back to prevent him from fixing "it" too good...

I'm hearing this fuck Ade just sold out the sergeants AND retirees by assfucking the working sergreants making them AGREE to increase their retirement age to fucking 53 AND he agreed to make sergeants PAY TWO PERCENT MORE FOR THE PRIVILIGE!!!
Added onto that, there may also be language that fucks over retiree COLA's as well.
Allegedly the sergeant's union also has to agree to SUPPORT upcoming legislation AGAINST OUR OWN PENSIONS!!!
You gotta be fucking KIDDING ME!
You sergreants better get your ass OUT there and vote this fucker down. And while you're at it, I'd strongly suggest getting rid of that fuck Ade OUT of your union and demand NOW that he be removed from further negotiation.
If the above is true, he's a sellout fuck of the highest order. And this was no surprise, he spent HOW many years hiding in the court section downtown?
Sergeants sold out, agreed to back Rahm and Madigan pension reform legislation which includes. paying 12% into pension and pushing minimum retirement age to 53. 80% possible with 31 and a day but can't collect until age 64. What a crock, I hope the rest of the unions fight this.
Sergeants
Vote No!!!
Vote no !!
Wow! And this is "shocking breaking news," to Gmac and the media? This shit has been going on in the crook county court system for ages and has become much worse over the last decade. I've had a UUW case with a gang member carrying the gun on him. When it got to trial the state asked "if it would be ok if he pled to a misd.?" All because shit head's lawyer used to work in their office(ASA) before he went into the private sector. I've seen countless other demoralizing BS take place in the courts. Cook county is a joke and the police are wasting their time. This county is a very bad place to be a victim. Total incompetent political judges and corruption all the way through.

Your wrong. The term scab is used for someone who crosses a picket line.
The papb did a lot more harm then any scab could do. They just screwed EVERY retiree in the State of Illinois and every union who is trying to protect their member’s benefits that were already earned.
The mayor and governor will use this sellout as a blue print to cut every union member in the state off at the knees.
Let’s watch and see if the family members of union bosses of pabb now get city contracts, promotions, or if they (the board of papb) get other government jobs after retiring from Chicago.

I will speak simply of observable phenomena, and will not even presume to apologize here "for fear of disrespecting someone."

It must be hard to work in 020.
Just saw Dick Durbin on the news commenting on gun control. He then referred to Chucks gun shop in "Riverside" .Chucks is actually in Riverdale.Another clueless Illinois politician talking out his ass
Durbin is a total Douchebag , you can tell he is lying by his lips moving....Chuck's....Family owned business takes care of their customers follows the law to the letter. Fuck Durbin....
I thought all of the unions were part of the “We Are One” coalition. But apparently the PAPB is in the “Screw The Rest of You” coalition.
Jimmy Ade is out for number one and sold out for something. He just screwed his father’s and uncle’s pensions.
Another police officer killed in the hunt for the guy out near Los angeles.
Imagine this: What if he is correct, what if he really was set up and really did see that officer knock the shit out of someone and the powers that be lined up against him and got his ass fired?
Don't think for a second that somethng like that can't happen. I hope it didn't, I hope that Dorner is just a wack job who went off the reservation in a bad way. But what if...
Anyone who has been on for any length of time knows that something like that is certainly possible.
Still not an excuse to start killing brother law enforcement officers and others. Let's hope Dorner has bad chemicals in his head or a tumor or something that is making him crazy.
Culture Of Death --
Woman who died on Bishop Ford 'was a loving person, a church-going girl' -- both parents 'pastors."
11:26 a.m. CST, February 12, 2013
"Police are investigating the death of a woman who fell from an SUV that kept on traveling down the Bishop Ford Expressway this morning, eluding officers for five miles until it crashed on an exit ramp at 127th Street in Alsip, authorities said.
"The driver was taken into custody, and police said they were investigating whether Jennifer Mitchell, 27, was pushed from the SUV around 154th Street in Dolton shortly before 1 a.m., officials said."

"Wont hear this on the news, but that girl was hanging out with 46terror gang members smoking weed. Did she desever to die hell no, but she sure picked the wrong friends who by the way except for the one who got shot with her and another kid all ran away leaving her on the curb."
2/12/2013 07:36:00 PM
Yeah, we heard this in the initial reports, the material about "people in that group were gang members" and "everyone ran and left the victims," then by the time FLOTUS arrived and the RIP shirts were all printed it had all morphed into innocent "volleyball team" wonderfulness.
Thanks.

So there. Let them run wild to kill and kill again.
How's Toni's family case going, the one with her son beating up homeless people on the street?

SGTS are Sell Outs!! Fuk the White Shirts Do Nothing
They shouldnt be in FOP
lets face it, if COok COunty metered out appropriate punishment, half the population would be in jail
we would come to realize how disfunctional the Chicago black communtiy really is
Even Attorney General Eric Holder does not want to talk about that

...from the School Of Social Service Administration.
What pisses me off most is the two faced lies we hear from the dunce Quinn and moron Preckwinkle. Both yabber their mouths off about gun control, then empty both the state and county prisons of these same mutts doing the shootings, robberies and murders.
Dorner latest, one San Bernardino Cty.(?) ofc. killed, one in surgery after another confrontation, shot heard inside cabin which then burned like mad, but cabin remains still too hot to search so no confirmation of Dorner deceased yet.
Who knows.
Thoughts and prayers to all those affected. Especially prayers for a resolution soon on this.
Take the long view and stay on an even keel, everyone -- looking at my 1918 Chicago almanac today, all the fires, accidents, crimes, deaths of prominent and ordinary people in vanished buildings on disappeared streets -- check out Lorado Taft's sculpture, "Fountain Of Time."
"Time goes, you say? Alas, Time stays, we go."
God bless all here.
Jim Ade is a lying jag off... I like how you include language in your contract "city to offer representation and hold sergeants union harmless in event of litigation from retires challenging pension changes."
If that don't tell you that he knew he was selling out
I'm now retired, but there used to be a arrest record sheet along with the court papers, has this changed? or is the states attorney just too lazy to look at the files?
2/12/2013 07:45:00 AM
*****************
I'm retired now too but was a sometimes desk Sgt just a couple years ago. YES the criminal history goes with the court papers. We were to review all of these documents for any possible additional charges, one of which would be a VOP. Then call the county, then get told no.
Riddle me this: VOP is a criminal offense right? Wy the fuck do we have to call and ask if it will be considered for prosecution? It should be automatic. I posed the question then and was told "that's the way it is".
Someone ought to run that response past Hadiya Pendleton's parents.
What's this Bullsh%#!
They get retro, pension cemented for them. We get no Retro, no form signed before the date (Thanks shields) Still doing better then we did last time and better then we will do this time. P.S they get a $1,000 on top of it. How are u doing
Sgts screwed the po's and retirees and took care of old active sgts. Willing to take away part of the COLA for retirees because the pension has no money but then raises pension for themselves from 75% to 80% which takes money from the pension
Also get a raise of $1,000 for quarterly differential, not sure if that is annally or quarterly, while keeping the duty availablity and uniform allowance the same. So po's get no increase in Uniform allowance or duty availability, but sgts get an increase in quarterly. Thanks Sgts
Anyone remember the name/date of the convicted felon at the bus stop with his daughter. When they were accosted by a young democrat. The father ended up shooting the youth dead? Anita said it was self defense and wouldn't b pressing charges on the shooter a CONVICTED felon?
It was another balmy 93 degrees Fahrenheit inside of Detective Area Central today. What a great welcome for all of the new Detectives. Unbelievable
Signed, Old Fart
I was just wondering how much money the P.A.P.B. has in their legal defense fund. They will be a plaintiff in any pension bills that pass to “diminish” any retiree pension. Every union in the state will be on the right of the judge and P.A.P.B. and Rahm will be on the judge’s left side. I talked to a couple of retried Sergeant’s today who are in Arizona and they used to be part of the Sergeant’s Ass. They knew nothing of this and feel like they were thrown under the bus by the this because their own union did this to them not the City.
Skipped the [former] Sparklefarts address tonight -- all this gun control crap is just distracting filler material between Fiscal Cliff New Year's Eve and Fiscal Cliff II.

All judge Fird has to do now is issue a statement that he was doing what President Prenkwinkel wanted, that is all. She wanted black and brown out of jail, so be it, to correct the racial inequality, that's all. So be it. Mission accomplished.
Anything more you would like Ms. Prenchwikul?
This is just not worth it working in this city. Let Pfleger and JJ decide who goes to jail and how to police. This whole good for shit County of Cook just makes me sick.
Just as I always tell everyone, we do our part. We lock up the bad people. They go to jail and wait for court. The States Attorney's plea bargain, the judges sometimes let them off easy, the parole board let's them out early, and the Governor gives the early release.
But everyone always looks for us to stop crime. stopping crime is a partnership. We work very hard every day and keep up our end. I just wish everyone eles would do there's and there would be a lot less crime and victims.
Letting habitual criminals out with the public. Is like letting the wolf into the hen house. They don't have chance.
Just a thought! But what do I know, I just handle the garbage!
Tact Lt in 20 really is a hugh dickhead and the female p.o. is a real winner. But they will both stay.
Another asshole heard from.He joins quinn ,prickwrinkle etc.in turning loose these scum bags on the public.DEMOCRAPS, all alike.
It would help if you didn't have to bother with pot. It's not like stoners are a threat to anything, and if the big bucks went away, so would some of the other shit . . .
1st gun case: 410 expungible probation. 2nd gun case: plea or finding of guilty: 2yrs (really 30-60 days idoc) or boot camp to get swole & be able to do 200 push-ups, preparing for your next encounter with po-po. 3rd gun case: UUW by Felon, plea or finding of guilty: 4yrs(really 1yr and conditional release with ankle bracelet). 4th gun case: plea or finding of guilty: 6yrs(2 at the most, with your stay at county taking up 1 of those 2 yrs). This is if you're unlucky & no judge acquits you or grants the motion to suppress the gun because the officer makes a mistake because any mistake on the stand means he's lying of course. Each time you get to run buck while police clean up the carnage. This is how it's been in my 15yrs as a patrolman testifying at 26th st, Bridgeview, & Skokie. Don't forget any not guilty or motion granted means a trip to Corp. Counsel for the lawsuit & the review of all your cr numbers which show an obvious pattern of abuse. And they wonder why we have the ghetto chaos?
Jesse Reyes just got a promotion.

He was acquitted last year
Love how our bought & paid for media is reporting this as if it is a done deal & a template for how all negotiations will go in the future! Sgt's. have not voted on this ridiculous contract, and will most likely vote it down. We as po's will never give this much up to the Tiny Dancer.

The sergeants didn't do ANYTHING, so stop frothing at the mouth. The ballots haven't even gone out yet. The voting hasn't begun. Take ten minutes and educate yourself on the process.

See the post above this one. Are you guys really this dumb, or are you just pretending?
what is this obsession these politicians have with this chuck's gun shop?
every other day they are protesting this guy or blaming him for the firearms in chicago
ain't no way in hell a guy could supply that many firearms and get away with it. as i understand a acouple of his that he sold turned up stolen and used in a crime is that his fault he can't be held responsible for these people 's actions any then GM can be for DUI's

"Oops", said the county's representative.
And so the witch hunt begins.
Hunt for the guilty. Punishment of the innocent.
And the cycle begins anew.

They KNOW that they cannot control the mutts, so they (mistakenly) believe that they will be able to control the mutts' access to firearms.
Laws only affect two groups of people:
1. Those who obey the law and
2. Those who get caught
Everyone else can & will do whatever it is they want to do.
