- With the ink barely dry on William Beavers’ guilty verdict form, another familiar name is angling to replace the disgraced Cook County commissioner.
Former Cook County Board President Todd Stroger told the Chicago Sun-Times on Friday he wants in.
“Actually, I do have an interest,” in replacing Beavers on the Cook County Board. “I am going to reach out to all the committeemen this weekend,” Stroger said in a phone interview.
Replace one thief with another? Well, why not? Toddler already has a proven record of corruption, tax-and-spend, nepotism and a board president's pension.

How many penny's do you see on the street, sidewalk, or at home and pass it up? Todd was crucified for a penny when Preckwinkle has more than doubled the taxes in Cook County. Maybe if the penny was left in place there wouldn't have been a need to raise the taxes in the last few years. Just saying!

and they will give it to him.. all you have to do is look back to the last election.. you know the one that JESSIE JACKSON who was under indictment won .. and after his conviction look at the person elected to replace him.. Truer words were never spoken. This city/county/state are beyond repair because the retards outnumber the smart voters. There is no way to fix this problem short of a massive die off of retards. These people will continue to vote these crooked bags of shit into office, and there aint one thing you or I can do to stop it. 5 years to go, then I am getting as far away from this f'ing state as I can.
