Maldonado History

Another reason to dislike Maldonado and his crappy attitude:
  • According to a Sun Times article, "Top Pols go to Bat for Cop Killer" dated Oct 27, 2003 Robert Maldonado apple added to the Illinois Prisoner Review Board for the release of convicted cop killer Ronnie ' Mad Dog ' Carrasquillo.

This POS what's to garner favor with the Imperial Gangsters NOT the CPD. Make no mistake about it he is truly a POS. Fellow petitioners are as follows: Luis Gutierrez, Rep.William Soto, Cynthia Soto and Ald. Billy Ocasio.

    They were NOT successful.

Mad Dogs original sentence 200 to 600 years. And these fucked up politicians wonder why we have a violence issue. A gangbanger can get a sentence such as this and be eligible for release. Don't forget Luis Gutierrez jumping on the anti gun nonsense. HYPOCRISY !!!

God rest the soul of Officer Terrence Loftus. Please remember to sign petitions and take the ride down to Springfield compliments the Memorial Foundation.

Gold Star Family Member, K. Kaner
Remember, he has tried and most likely will continue to try to free cop killers.

    And there you have it...

These elected fools like Maldonado are crystal clear in their intent.

They've declared war against The Police (and against the few remaining civilized people left in this city) and seek the favor of murdering, gang-banging dogs...

City Hall and by proxy, 35th St., are in collusion with these fuckers.

Why do you think district law enforcement is continuously/intentionally short staffed, starved of resources and perpetually afflicted with horrid leadership?

What about all of the dirty m/fers getting popped on search warrants over the years and SENSITIVE internal Police documents being found either in possession of the targets or in plain view at the targeted addresses?

    >Crickets<

The Police are the enemy, eh?

Thank you for bringing to light what we, the residents of Maldonado's district, have been attempting to make public for years.

We have had a series of crooks, gang members and gangsters as aldercreatures here and the sooner we can break that string of sorrow the better!

This Aldercreature Maldonado is a assh***. Lets just hope the Department, the Bosses and FOP stand by these Officers who were just doing there job and not knowing who was in the car prior to the stop. Supposiably Maldonado had a community meeting on 5/07 about the PR fest and mentioned the traffic stop and how he's going to go all the way with screwing the Officers. Maldonado is a big p**** who got his feelings hurt because someone with balls didn't kiss his ass like a lot of other cpd bosses who just look out for themselves and not their troops.

I'm surprised that I did not see this on the earlier thread. Maldonado was quoted in the Sun-Times article as saying that there is so much violence and the police should not be "wasting time" on "small crimes" such as writing him a ticket for passing on the right.

If I recall correctly, there is a theory in crime fighting called the "broken windows" theory. That theory is in essense, if you pay attention to all of the "small crimes" it goes a long way to preventing the "larger crimes". In fact it was such a touted theory that its creator... None other than the current Chicago Police Superintendent... Was put in his current position with the sole purpose of implementing this theory to combat violent crime in Chicago.

This incident seems to be a perfect example of this theory. G-Mac should be all over the news explaining that such a traffic stop is actually the backbone as to why he actually has a job. He is the genius who created this theory and he should be screaming from the rafters defending it. He should immediately correct Maldonado and remind him that there are no such things as "small crimes". He should back up his theory since that is really his only job security. He should be vocal before people begin to think that it is a waste of time to go after "small crime" and those he fooled into thinking broken windows works realize he is nothing more than a carnival medicine man hawking a healing potion.

No different than the shit who elected him except he's on the taxpayer payroll for 100k/yr. He's a hero to all the mutts because he acts like one of them and then frivolously plays the race card just like they do to take the focus off their savage behavior. It's time for some sort of civil penalty every time one of these stupid animals falsely makes a baseless claim of racism against someone. Oh wait, that wouldn't deter the irresponsible fucks that make these claims and, of course, the media will never call bullshit on their lies so nothing will ever change.

I was required to attend a Cook County Board meeting for research in writing a paper while in grad school. Mr. Maldonado was on the county board at the time. When ever he spoke ,no matter what the topic, you could immediately tell that he was uninformed or completely incompetent. Being a member of the police department and suffering through years of promotions going to the clouted I immediately understood how Mr. Maldonado wound up in the position that he held. Thanks Mayor Daley and all of those like you for the great leadership that we are forced to accept because of your politics.

Remember these political scumbags just have to have enough dumb people vote for them. They don't take written tests, psych tests or have backgrounds done on them. He must be proud to be a member of an organization that:

A former Chicago alderman turned political science professor/corruption fighter has found that Chicago is the most corrupt city in the country.

He cites data from the U.S. Department of Justice to prove his case. And, he says, Illinois is third-most corrupt state in the country.

University of Illinois at Chicago professor Dick Simpson, who served as alderman of the 44th Ward in Lakeview from 1971 to 1979, estimates the cost of corruption at $500 million.

For instance, of the last seven Illinois governors, four have been convicted of corruption — getting a secret deal on race track stock, manipulating savings and loans, selling driver licenses to unqualified drivers who killed children in car wrecks, and negotiating to sell a U.S. Senate seat. Chicago City Hall qualifies as an equally famous crime scene. Since 1973, 31 Chicago aldermen have been convicted and gone to jail.
"The truth is that the governor’s mansion and the city council chambers have a far worse crime rate than the worst ghetto in Chicago."

Simpson based his report on data from the Justice Department and estimated the cost of corruption to taxpayers at $500 million, which he called a "corruption tax."

from a citizen troll: about 5 years ago or so, a little girl was shot to death in some gang cross fire as I recall on a school playground somewhere on California I think it was south of Armitage. She was just 13 years old. Following was the typical news cycle, the appalled people, the gieving mother and then nothing. A Det. Figeroa I think he was from Area 5 figured out who did it. It was some shit head from the same gang that Carrasquillo was in. ( I suspect Ronnie may have some doings with the gang now or at least members even though the POS is in prison! Imagine that) Anyhow, Daley was blustering all over TV about gun violence all the while these shit head politicians are trying to influence the PRB to parole the little sissy Ronnie. I wrote to the Sun Times at the time tracking down the author of the article, imploring him to ask Daley, Maldonado, Ocascio, Soto, Little Luis one question; Why would these fools go to bat for this asshole? The question is still on the table and there is not one damn fool reporter in this whole crooked city that I know of has EVER asked the question. Why would you want garbage like Ronnie back on the streets? Plenty of cops work very hard every day to lock up the shit of the city and these POLS are trying to get the garbage out of prison. Thanks Kurt for your post and god bless you and your family. And as he wrote, God bless Terry. He got involved in something he did not have to get involved in and it cost him his life. He did his duty to keep our neighborhood safe from the human trash like Ronnie Carrasquillo meanwhile, the politicians in this City and County are not. Oh did I forget the State with Quinn and his early release campaign? What is worse is the press with their 1st amendment powers (constitutionally granted by our founding fathers who knew and wanted them charged with being the watchdog of government)could care less about the sacrifice Terry and his family made. And I mean care less! It quite simply is truly disgusting. The whole thing. Yes, Maldonado is a bad apple and were I the police, the unpaid bill, the consequence, I would jack that SOB up everytime I saw him. Sorry for the rant, I simply cannot be more disgusted since this Maldonado stuff hit the street.
