Bears by 7.5

The winless Giants come into town for a Thursday night game. The Bears got outplayed pretty badly Sunday. If they're angry enough, the Bears run away with it early.

The Bears may be a bit peevish, but not enough to prevail over an aroused foe.

On one hand these hapless Giants look like a cure for the ills that ail the Bears..... on the other hand it is the Bears we're talking about!

the bad news bears have a history of playing poorly under the bright lights on a nationally televised game--- they are also playing a hungry 0-5 team that won the super bowl a few years ago--- I am still picking them by 7 even though they are still smarting from the spanking detroit and new orleans gave them....

Giants have nothing to lose in this one. All the pressure is on the Bears. Giants by 10. You heard it here first.

Bears should win this one easily. Giants are in disarray on both sides of the ball. 7.5 points sound about right.

2 lousy teams. Bears are really banged-up, too. Cutler and Manning will throw multiple INTs; it'll be a very a sloppy game with mega points scored. Take the over. Have no idea who's going to win, but take the +7.5 pts because the Bears' D couldn't stop a nursing home team right now.

Forget this game, I'm watching baseball tonight.

It is always good to see a Bears win, but this game shows that there are problems with the defense. They are getting long in the tooth (old) for those of you who don't know what that meant and though Urlacker had clearly lost a step or two I think they miss his leadership.
