Police Limit
This sounds familiar:
Of course, if you have the media in the bag, you don't even have to spend pennies on the political image.

Q: If the papers started to actually REPORT what goes on in Chicago do you think people might still buy them or at the least subscribe to them on-line?
The artwork is good. Never thought it was funny.
Mike Shields loves the media. Look at the great job Fran does at taking care of him. Funny thing is. She screws him over royally, but he's happy anyway because his picture is in the paper. Egomaniac? No way!
Spin.
Message Control.
Finely minced, painstakingly constructed "Word-Salad" with bullshit vinagrette...
The same salad can be used to both prove and disproves a talking point.
Doesn't it feel like we're living through a horrible, fucked up, ongoing experiment here in Chicago?
I would definitely subscribe if they actually started to make a difference in cleaning up the city government and not playing pocket pool .
Right on target.
Question ! Maybe someone else can answer this ! Why is it that the Rail Road Police have no powers of arrest (except Metra and Amtrak) CSX,UP,BNSF,NS are given the title Special Agent. Although CPD and the Suburban police have to process and arrest the people they detain. Now I know they are mostly certified police officer or commissioned by the RR. I am not sure if they are even an accredited police agency with actuall powers of arrest. Are they just loss prevention or as they say resource protection a grade above store security officers/armed! I would like to hear your opinions.

Police Limit: excellent cartoon!
The police also handle all of their accidents and thefts of shipments. All the are capable of doing is signing complaints. They are basically contract security and utilize lateral police officers. I don't think they are recognized by the Illinois standards and training board '
Yes it is a funny cartoon i like it very much
Take no more of those anonymous bogus calls. These are the calls tying up the system.
