- A man has been charged with attempted murder after shooting at two undercover Chicago police officers as they sat in a car in an Englewood alley, authorities said.
The officers were in the 2000 block of 68th Street around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday when two shooters raised pistols, pointed them toward the car and opened fire, police said.

OMG!!! It's really getting bad out there. All you new bees get your heads out of your cell phones. As you can see we are not safe. I was always taught when parked somewhere always watch your back. Heads up and watching your surroundings. This could have had a very sad ending. I am glad the officers are alright and I'm not implicating that they were playing with there cell phones. I just see this much too often. Stay safe out there brothers and sisters.
