Someone tell Cmdr Charisma and his sidekick XO Buscemi that their Southside bullshit don't apply to 011. It's a whole different animal and a whole "nother world out in the Wild Wild West. So much has changed since the NRA and McDonald fought this city. What was once mandatory forms are now unconstitutional. General orders have all changed and I can't get a straight answer. I have a cpd form firearms disposition 31.610 rev. 1/03. Is this still valid? Small pink form about the size of a misc. x. card. Is this required still? What proper steps should I take?

I disagree with your analysis. Most Latino politicians think like the black politicians. They want their own people on the perpetual hamster wheel of government assistance so they can rely upon their steady and unwavering support. The Latino politicians don't care about their own people.
Years ago, the women of Area 4 Youth decorated a Christmas tree with small ornaments and toys. They would let kids brought into the office chose a toy before they went home. One of the Youth Officers brought several Star Wars figures to hang on the tree. I just got home after working the Pride Parade. That parade is 100X worse then the Southside Iris Parade. There is no way this parade should be in a neighborhood. And who was the copper who parked their car at Aldine and Halsted in the parade route? Not to smart and the car got so damaged by the spectators it had to be towed!
The thing with me is that I AM smart and I’m smelf, I’m self smarted, basically, by myself, basically from nature and smoking drugs and doing different things I’ve self… s… like self learned myself. And that’s the whole difference I guess is that I don’t need the books or the schooling type things. I just get everything on my own and because of that I’m alive right now. I mean if I had read more books or tried to go on to collage and different things like that I’d be dead right now because people say books and collage are for to be make you smarter, but they can also be for to be make you dead, which is what could have happened to me. My brain doesn’t use enough oxygen because I don’t have the whole thing filled with different stuff and if it was full, it’s only part full, and that’s why I’m alive right now

I believe there were hold papers placed on the young citizens, and the detective shot them out the back door the next morning before the arresting officers even got to work. Who's the coward?

Well, the boss in Area North thinks fine clothing makes a fine detective. It's all about the clothes.
Speaking as a detective that works in a district, assigning us to report to the commander and go to roll call won't make a difference in clearing a case. Half the PO's can't/ don't know how to write a case report. I'm not writing your report for you, if you don't know what happened and how to explain it that's on you. You can have the greatest case on face value but after a little digging it starts to fall apart. An FTO didn't know that if the victim left before talking to ASA the case was over. Most Sgt's, Lt's don't understand that I investigate crime. When your vict's and witnesses tell me something different we have a problem. We don't answer to your bosses because we are supposed to be a separate investigative unit
assign dicks to districts , have them report to roll call like the rest of us . how about a uniform for dicks , maybe a navy blue sport coat , white shirt . many look like they walked out of a thrift store .

They should put detectives back in districts. After all they will soon take over all the 7th & 13th period furloughs... They will still be makin all the overtime they wAnt.."squad hold me down for 2 days goin to Cali for an extradition"...or better yet... When that bs scene comes in & the dic doesn't deal like handling it..."squad... I got an unavoidable tvb...."
Detectives will never be pushing a beat car... & if they did, they are smart enough to take advantage of that & make it work....

whats the big deal. the dicks in nine are no worse then the mopes assigned to 022. Biggest mistake the lack of supervision in the detective division. No accountability. They all lie to the w/c and state looking for an out.
& yet you didn't go to your supervisor did you. Did you call the area and ask to talk with their supervisor?
No.... If you feel that strong about a case.. Call the area and talk to a supervisor... If you don't.... Stop crying about it...
Speaking as a detective that works in a district, assigning us to report to the commander and go to roll call won't make a difference in clearing a case. Half the PO's can't/ don't know how to write a case report. I'm not writing your report for you, if you don't know what happened and how to explain it that's on you. You can have the greatest case on face value but after a little digging it starts to fall apart. An FTO didn't know that if the victim left before talking to ASA the case was over. Maybe those officers bitching about detective G.S. should have requested that detective B.S. handle the case for them. She is after all the best Detective in the city just ask her and she will tell you the same. By the way we know it was you who posted this B.S. and you broke our hearts fredo, you broke our hearts.
