Belated Veterans Day

Hmm. Our auto-post seems to have misfired and we've been out-of-town all day. This should have gone up at 12:00 and some change this morning. Apologies to our vets.

OT--a hearty shout out to the 020 2nd watch officer caught on video stealing USC and an iPad from an open door alarm. IAD tracked the iPad to her locker in the station, she's now stripped.

Thanks a lot, asshole

I have all the respect in the world for our Vets but that's stretching it a bit, son.

In the olden days they used to post a reminder about Nov 10 ceremony at the police academy in something called the Daily Bulletin. That was when some member of the Daley family had the contract to sell the City copy paper.

I got a program for you, It's called studying.

If you wanted a promotion for being in the military then you should have stayed in the military.

Believe it or not, you're about the 456,000th copper to be a see combat. Nobody has gotten promoted just for that. You won't be the first. Accept it and crack open a general order or be happy calling your self a tact guy for 30 years.
