Hammer Murder
- A group of teenagers used hammers to savagely beat a man to death in a random attack on a St. Louis street Sunday, according to police.
Zemir Begic, 32, was driving around at 1:15 a.m. in the city’s Bevo Mill neighborhood when at least three juveniles approached his vehicle and began wailing on it with hammers, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
The driver, a Bosnian immigrant, got out of the car to confront the assailants, who started yelling at him and pummeling him with the hammers, cops said. After the vicious onslaught was over, Begic — who had only been living in St. Louis for a year — was left battered and broken with injuries to his head, face, mouth and abdomen.
And of course, you have to have the standard denials of motive:
- St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson said Begic’s killing did not appear to be motivated by race or ethnicity.
“There is no indication that the gentleman last night was targeted because he was Bosnian,” he said. “There’s no indication that they knew each other.”
We're willing to bet $1,000 that the offenders couldn't find Bosnia on a map, and this guy is saying it wasn't because he's Bosnian? Fucking brilliant there Chief. How about you give us an actual motive then?

The attackers were dark complexioned and it would not be PC to accuse them of being racist. St. Louis is a democrat city with a large minority population. Not only would it not be PC, it might lead to rioting and looting.

From some reading of comments on the CBS St Louis web site, the Bosnian community has already taken its share of murders by "yoots" of their people, and they are posting what reads like a manifesto as to how they intend to start dealing with this.
...and the news tells us that "Seldin Dzananovic, 24, said the teens with the hammers confronted him farther north on Gravois Ave about an hour before the attack on Begic, but he was able to fight them off, only suffering cuts to the hands and neck."
Explain this away as anything other than a wolfpack out after white people.

I was literally sickened by this hate crime, when the victim's Aunt, who was with him was interviewed, she related how after he was on the ground they repeatedly jumped on his body as she was calling out for help. I truly hope this family finds the right lawyer and goes after jesse, al, and holder.

Why do people ONLY care if this victim will receive a huge amount of media coverage? That should be the LAST of peoples worries! Yes, for the situations like Trayvon and Mike Brown, blacks went in to an uproar and the media pandered to it and/or certain agendas - but only weeks or months after the actual killing. It should be fact that Blacks went in to an uproar because the lack of an arrest and charges immediately after the incidents. In this case, the murderers were arrested in less than 24 hours and will (hopefully) spend the rest of their lives behind bars in prisons far away from home. CNN covering the story for 6 months should be the last thing on people's minds. A MAN WAS JUST MURDERED FOR CHRIST'S SAKE!!

That police chief is a joke. He didn't arrest the step father for inciting a riot. Instead he said he plans on "talking to him". Wow, too afraid to make an arrest. Should be fired, how do the troops feel working under this guy?
